Very well. 34. MIPS 1 35-41. Shifting Sand Land (No caps needed) 42-48. Lethal Lava Land (No caps needed) 49-57. Toad Star + Metal Cap + Hazy Maze Cave (Star 3 requires Metal Cap) 58. MIPS 2 59. Vanish Cap (Re-enter + quit Vanish Cap course; reappear in lobby) 60-66. Big Boo's Haunt (Star 6 requires Vanish Cap) 67-74. Dire, Dire Docks + Bowser in Fire Sea

Bombchu sources: 10 - Spirit Temple 10 - Bombchu Bowling I'm trying to ration them so that exactly 10 are used before bowling. The back alley shop and the carpet merchant are NOT feasible options for a TAS because of the needed adult wallet upgrade (and 10 Skulltula tokens).

Ah, I noticed that too. He probably thought that the few seconds on the Target/Platform stages wouldn't make a huge difference on his overall score (which, of course, violates the spirit of the TAS runner to strive for perfection).

Wow, you're right. Thanks for the heads-up. We'll have to see whether it's possible to do the damage boost in J-J with only one bombchu. If not, then pushing the block in Spirit Temple to avoid the beamos probably adds the least amount of time to the run.

Haunted Wasteland (Backwalk across quicksand) 7. Spirit Temple (Get Requiem/Gauntlets, Fire storage, Iron Knuckle skip) == SAVE AND RESET GAME == 8. Hyrule Field (Backwalk to castle) 9. Courtyard (Bombchu skips, Lullaby) 10. Zora's River (Buy magic bean) 11. Zora's Domain (Show bottle) 12. Zora's Fountain (Enter J-J through side of mouth) 13.
