Of course, they're just opinions... All I want is to hear opinions. But arguing is fun and the more we know about each other opinons, the better. That's nothing personal, life's a game. Seeya in the next thread, chap.

Yeah... I agree with that. They must have invited the SCV4 artist!

SotN? This is the most ridiculous game. There are too many bugs in it (include Sega Saturn version). I hate the "CVfans" who only love SotN in the series, they are fake.
I don't get it. So now an almost perfect game is considered ridiculous, and people who [obviously] like it are fake? You're only a real fan if you love the crappiest episode of the series, I suppose? It's one of the best games of all times... kickass graphics, sound and gameplay plus a ton of glitches to explore! Very few games have a replay value this high, you can't deny this. Please try to follow: 1-Chi no Rondo is great, 1000000 times better then SCV4; 2-CVDX is a cheap copy of Chi no Rondo, worth say, 1% of the original; 3-Making the calculations, CVDX is still 10000 times better then SCV4 By the way: if a person can't beat an argument, and he starts to question someone's intelectual capabilities, I don't call it a win.

Yeah... what's in your mind? Of course the better of these glitchy runs is Pokémon Green. But where is GBA Castlevania Harmony of Dissonance's Maxim run? EDIT: hmm... I guess no run can be in 2 different categories at the same time...

Hey, zggzdydp... thanks for the correct name of the game! And those "family reunions" are scripted cutscenes. There's no way to affect their duration. And for your information (not you, zggzdydp! everyone else), Super Castlevania 4 was the FIRST Castlevania game I played in my life, "on an actual Super Nintendo around the time it was released". I hated the thing. The most stupid game I had ever played. If I'm now a CV fanboy, it's because of Symphony of the Night... that game made me come back and play the fabulous NES versions. Super Castlevania 4 is a ridiculous game. The worst blind man is the one who doesn't want to see. Submission text updated.

Having to backflip all the way, because the hero moves like a lazy turtle! ARGH!

Well, upthorn. The useful part of the tutorial would have to be written, anyway. And since .chm files are html anyway, images can be easily added. Plus, you can make a step by step structure. Hmm... also, if the thing gets really good, users with good fluence in englsh + other languages could translate them, for those smart guys who speak only their mother tongue.

It's something werid that happened to me only once. Some ordinary enemy hit me and I was sent flying without receiving damage... Check the thread n the SNES section for more info. Falou, camarada!

Hahah... That game alone is an insult to the castlevania series. Flying horse heads? Some-thing-I-forgot-how-it's-called falls from the ceiling and crawls towards you? A hero that looks more like an evil puppet? An SNES game with Genesis graphics and ridiculous electronic sound effects? That demolishes eveything... I'm really goning to hell, but that game is the worst. I'd rather play the n64 or ps2 versions... and they're pretty stupid.

The game is, like, 40 years old... but people still find useful glitches! And this one is even more bizarre than those in pokemon games... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2dmxreEueX0

Inferior to Chi no Rondo, but superior to SCV4. At the least the main character doesn't look like and doesn't act like a crash test dummy.

This is a java game, isn't it? Most java-enabled cell phones can't play both bgm and sfx at the sme time. You can play all the meggerman games on your phone... there are nes emulators written in j2me... without sound, of course

video tutorials are for retards... it's ridiculous to see something and then have to alt+tab to the program (if it's one of those stupid flash things... if it's youtube it's even worse, because you can't read anything with that low quality)... it's lame, forget it! if you can't learn it by reading, what are you doing here? I had this idea before but I'd make a .chm file to be included with the emulators zip files. I even started it, but I got lazy and it's here in my desktop... Heh... that youtube link Bisqwit posted... that Jimmy guy has some great tutorials... I've seen something about google before that was very interesting. He should have wrote it, but... anyway they're eficient, but too superficial... can't be called "tutorials" exactly... and.. en ee ess, ess en ee ess, tee ay ess videos... hahah that's really funny

Hey, almost there! I reached Dracula already. Now I'm testing what's better: Axe or Cross. Axe does more damage, but the Itemcrash is useless. Cross is easiser to use, but does the same damage as the whip. Itemcrash does more damage than a hit with the Axe. I'll submit it soon. Stay tuned. By the way... in the published run, he hits Dracula twice, but it's possible to hit 3 times... submitted! And you can hit Dracula 4 times, but not always!

Yeah... it's not like this... it's true that certain numbers make certain enemies drop the souls, but apparently when every enemy is generated it receives his own set of compatible values. If a value work for one skeleton, it would fail for any other (even for the same skeleton, if you kill it and re-enter the room, because it would be a new one).

Yeah, Boco. I found a link to it in a page about Pictionary, actually. It's pretty fun to see how people interpret the images you draw, and vice-versa...

Online sketching game. The instructions say: "The object of the game is simple. Each player gets a chance to draw a word which the other players will try to guess." Well, pretty cool game, and original too (I'm serious). Several languages available as well. http://www.isketch.net/ Shocwave plugin required -> http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download

Hey, have you noticed how the "Turbo Down mode" hotkey never worked( Input->Customize Hotkeys->Page 3)? At least in the versions I have here... In 1.43 "Turbo Right mode" activates both down and right turbos. In 1.51, it's just a dummy option.
