Throwing the rock makes it break into rupees so that wouldn't help.
The rocks will only break if you throw them into a wall. Go test it.

Looks really good so far. I'm excited to see more. It's clear that you've put effort into finding small time savers here and there. Such as the jumps in faron that you posted, and the jump-slash at 3:47 in the video. Not to be an ass, though, but are you sure that all of the rolling and angles were optimal? It seems as though a lot of the corners and paths could have been taken much tighter. You find a timesaver to bypass Midna that saves 15 frames, although it looks to me like more than 15 frames can be takes off by simply taking corners tighter. Also, at 0:55 in the video, it seems that throwing the rock, then rolling towards the gate would be faster than carrying it the whole way, since obviously link can move faster without a giant rock above his head. :P

Hey, rog, is there some way to view the rerecords of a dolphin movie file? I see in your Muramasa TAS there is a rerecord number on the submission page.

Idle Skipping has been enabled, Dual Core is not. It syncs the same way with it off, though.

Is there actually a solid speedrun route for this game? (Optimal 75 spatulas to get, which order, etc.) itsPersonnal and I have mapped out our own route, but we're not sure if it's optimal or not. I want to do a test speedrun (non-TAS), but I want the route to be good first.

Miles is amazing, there's no doubt about that. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S20GUbLqcwA Here's a WIP, I got past the elevator, and we pulled off a funky bomb jump.

afaik, people already knew about that, but it will make the Prime fight a lot easier to TAS.

Sorry, but I don't really think that this should be voted down purely due to the game's own faults. I agree that the music sucks, and that the game, and gameplay does get extremely repetative, but that's no reason to dislike the TAS. It is optimized quite a bit, and watching it again, I can see a couple frames of improvement, but there are no TASes of this game on the site yet so there's no harm in publishing it.
