The movie works with RAW data off :D had a look at it just now and if you can find out ways to hold on to edges as little as possible I'd say it would be great too see. Tried the game and it's some really hard controls. Can't belive that you manage it looking as good as this

The replay won't start.. :( It stops right after the second logo and before the start menu. In the statusbar the numbers stop at something like this (400/4000) it's not the framecount, but something else I don't know what is. The rom is the same as yours. Too bad for me :(

How about making a TAS of this game? It seems the moves list is bigger in this game then in mortal kombat 1-3. Shang Tsung isn't in this game (not sure). Write your thought about this game and if it's TASable or not. And your knowledge about this game would also appriciated

wow! improved over a minute! neofix's movie was about 3 minutes faster then the previous published run. Impresive that, and even more improving it another minute. yes 4 sure

The movie looks really good. But when I watched it looked like the movie needed some end input. Even if you add that time I think it would be faster then the previous run.

Imprezive shaving of that many seconds. This will IMO be a star run if you keep it up. Just wondering if the 6th coin could have been picked up faster?

Your work looks great as always. I see some minor errors like bumping into walls when not needing to, and there were a jump in the stage before bowser 2 where it looked like you lost some frames (think it was between 4th and 5th coin. I might be wrong about this). I'm being very critical here and I think the work is great and I wish you best of luck with the rest of the run

You're doing a great job on this run FODA. Think it's really cool when you're in mid air when the star appeares (first big boo's star and 2nd last star). One question though: when you go from the fountain to the ghost that is the entrance BBH you do a tackle and a belly slide (don't know what you call the moves). but why not use a longjump insteed? shouldn't it be faster (I haven't tested)?

This run is just to far back from the current published movie. although I would like to see a 4 player movie published. Try improving it further and then more ppl will vote in your favor. Brave by you to make this run and if you should make another effort I wish you the best of luck.

This run can be improved alot more timewise and look alot better. example: at birdo you throw the "stone block" long distance back and forward. In gensitos run the birdo fights with the stone blocks look alot better. I hope to see this run done better in the future

I just had a look at SDA and I found this: http://speeddemosarchive.com/tmnt4.html A new speedrun made and beat the game in 22:31 on Hard diffeculty. I think it's awesome, concidering it's played on console. The normal qual is just fine if you don't wanna download high/insane. Check it out :) took only 4 hits only troughout the game.

Saturn: I encourage you to revive ssf2 tournament. Reasons: It could show of everyones best combos, if you only manipulate who goes against who and put your best effort in it, then this will be better then you're ken movie In my opinion. go for it, we know you can do it :=)

I've been thinking about strategies and tactics for a 102% run for a while now. I think I'll do a run after I've done DKC any% but I don't know if I should aim for the in-game timer (like in dkc 101%) or overall frame count. The in-game timer counts only the time in the levels. I think I prefer to go for in-game timer but I would just like to know what you think I should do.
What do you mean by that? Is it faster in-game timewise to go in and out the worlds to get to the secrets in-game timewise, but is slower real timewise? If this is what you mean my opinion is this: this site give out the records in real time, not game time. So therefore I think you should go for real time rather then in-game time. Whatever you choose I think you're gonna nail it just like you nailed DKC. good luck

looks like a dead topic here, but I will ask a question anyway how about making a run using Vega? he can jump of the walls like crazy (noticed it in saturns zangief run). what is the possible entertainment value of a Vega run? I can't do this run myself, 'cause I'm not nearly good enough in this game to do a good run.

Good work finding the glitches and great run. It seems you get the most out of these new glitches to improve the previous record. Gratz on a great run and good luck with beating samis dkc record. As for deserving a star the work you do in this run deserves it, but I think it's better to have stars on the relativly short runs rather then long runs. If you improve samis dkc run by mutch I think the star is in the bag. This run is just simply to long to get a star. But thats my personal opinion. Vote yes everybody :D

I think this movie should be published because it has more glitch usage. thinking of course about mew being used instead of squirtle. And I do have a question to author: why not learn bubblebeam when you get it from misty? It's more powerful... Oh and really good job on this run, I don't see any major improvement of this run unless the tactic is changed or some new glitch is found. gratz

this movie didn't have mutch of the quality as the ssf2 movie does. for example this movie doesen't include mutch use of ryu and kens signature moves like hadou-ken and so on. And the game is simply boring comparred to ssf2 when you speedrun. And the car bashing is so mutch better in the ssf2 movie (by saturn using ken). If you want to make a street fighter run you should use ssf2 - tnc game.

the only entertaing difference i noticed was that phil wriggled (lack of a better word) alot more back and forth in his movie by comparison. I think the movies are just as entertaining and I urge people to vote yes to this submission cause it is a improvement even if it is "only" 19 frames.

Thought that the movie was great all the way trough. IF I could have voted, it would be YES. Only thing to pick on here is that all the bonus scores takes too damn long to get.
