How about your encoding? I have found my mistake at the fight with wily capsule... It can be improved 30 frames.

1) Actually, its trick can usable to refight Tengu Man. But after beating, Rockman become impossible to move, so can't continue playing game. 2) Do you mean last two hit? Of course, I used it. 3) After beating boss, the time that can use weapon is quite short, and I can't change weapon to another until R.Mine' effect disappears. So I couldn't go on the ceiling.

That's a nice zip route! I don't understand usable conditions of going into ground glitch by I.Wall well. First, belt conveyor. Second, moving block and left or right lower corner? Third, in pirate level, is it a water surface of appropriate height and left or right lower corner? And, couldn't you upload your all of WIP? I don't want to remake any longer...

Dynamo level has be done. http://dehacked.2y.net/microstorage.php/info/128910124/R%26F_dynamo.smv Route might be cold->astro->dynamo->burner->pirate->tengu->magic->ground (magic and ground may be able to replace) I'm wondering best shopping methods. I devised two type: 1: After dynamo, buying Counter attack and Shock guard. After magic or ground, High speed charge and Shock guard. 2: After tengu, buying Counter attack High speed charge and Shock guard at a time. Shopping item lost about 4 sec. I think that High speed charge may be able to save time than not having it. Especially, re-fighting astro and dynamo.

Thank you uploading a movie file! Route might be it. Of course, I'm going to use instant kill trick you found! By the way, I have some question. 1: Can this trick use in any other places? 2: Shock Guard is usable only once. When of timing that uses it is best? 3: I don't know it is possible to collect necessary bolts, if I could buy Hyper Charge and another Shock Guard, it become faster than not buying?

Invincible is not usable in story mode. It is possible to race with CPU in Grand prix mode although in this mode run 4 courses one time whereas there are 10 courses in all. The number is not suitable.
