I thought it was a good movie, given how hard it is to make a Lolo game exciting. Didn't need to fast-forward to enjoy the movie.

An impressive run, voting yes to it even if a better one is on the way.

I voted yes because I thought it was entertaining for it's precision requirements. Through 10 worlds, it didn't fail to keep my attention, possibly because of the severe physics abuse. I can't really judge how well it holds up compared to other hack movies on the site, but it's certainly got entertainment value to someone who isn't initiated into the world of SMB1 hacks.

I found that Toxic Caves physics inversion an interesting find for a pinball game. Definately entertaining.

Entertaining run. I didn't fast-forward nearly as much as I expected to, being that I beat the game on a console. Yes vote.

Entertaining? Yes Speedrun? No Vote? Option #4 I liked this better than your SMB3 glitch-run, and I do believe that both deserve to be archived somewhere, whether on the site, in the forums, in your own web space, or on some stainless-steel punch-cards to be used in a 50,000 year time capsule. Nice non-speedrun fun.

The game looks like it sucks compared even to less popular PC rogue-like games, but it's played so well that the point never has time to really sink in. Yes vote for rogue-like entertainment

This is just weird how much difference between the runs there are, yet, only 4 seconds difference. TheAxeman's run looks kind of leisurely compared to xipo's run. TheAxeman does a lot less killing and performs near-death maneuvers throughout. Xipo's run looks like a typically played TAS, in that it's obvious you'd have to hook the NES to a computer to achieve the results seen. Wall climbing is that way in both videos, but the point seems to be diverted by some eye-candy in TheAxeman's run. Both are good, and you should watch both just to see how different they look when the end result is 4 seconds of difference. Yes vote, because it's obviously quality material, even if it lacks some entertainment trade-offs.

Speed vs. Entertainment: There's already a copy of the no-damage nifboy submission that's likely to stay around. I'll admit that the damage reduced the entertainment, but you can't deny the clock it's saved time. Yes vote, for speed gains on a speedrun, and adequate movie archiving

I wasn't to the point of thinking 'impossible' while watching it, but it's a nice, short run of the hard mode. In some places, the tricks being used are obvious. In others, it could just be an experienced player on a real Gameboy. It looks clean. Yes vote.

I haven't tried for a 100% run on this game, but I have played it to the ending before. This was entertaining without the use of the speed-up button.

I'm trying to clear up some unknown bits(literally) of info for a Battle of Olympus password generator. To this end, I'd like to know if a more leisurely/more complete movie has been made than the slowest FCEU movie on the site. Note that I'm not asking someone to make it, I'm just asking for it to be provided if it's already been done. This seems like the sort of place to find someone who would know about one. The current run has provided me with 1 new bit of info for certain(bit 01 of memory address 00F4 stands for the "Hermes is Gone" message being seen. He replaces zeus in his temple. It's unset after meeting Hermes there), but there seem to be other definitively used bits to fill in. The F0-F4/F5 data is encoded into the password, so identifying the used bits will allow me to take those bits into account. If you could help me, I'd appreciate it, and probably be able to respond with a password generator in due time.

From the looks of it, the longest time you spent in 1 spot was shooting out the lights in that elevator before the level could start. That was a very speedy game. It was also a good choice because it seems to emulate well, even with all the explosions and high speed involved.

It played right after the Input plugin's 'Raw Input' box was unchecked. It got a bit boring at times, but your efforts to prevent it were pretty good. Overall, I'd rate it as worth watching, if you're not one of the people who gets bored if there's no explosion for 15 seconds.

This version looked a lot cleaner than the last one, and no matter how precise the jumping was before, it looks more precise now because of how you hit the edges more often. There aren't any significant points where you inexplicably wait for invisible events, which is also nice.

*Amazing* And, to the nay-sayers: This is more of a challenge to other TASers than it is an explicitly entertaining run. I'm very impressed by the collection of methods used to cut this game into shreds. If you just want action without consideration, rent a video.

I'm glad this game got a TAS. It's an entertaining game, and I like the music. After watching the TAS about 5 times, I got curious enough about the storyline to get a translation patch for the game's messages. I wouldn't have known anything about it otherwise, so thanks for TASing it.

As was stated before, enabling the 'Fake Mute desynch workaround' option fixed the battle with the twin monkeys, and allowed me to use the fast forward button with no issues. Maybe, if possible, it should be enabled in the smv file too.

I thought it was a good movie, considering the game being dealt with. It lacked as much excitement as some of the movies I've seen, but it was interesting enough for me to watch through all at once.

I put up a save state with instructions for using it with this submission. I haven't gotten it to fail to work yet, so it should let you play the submission from the newest VBA with re-recording, and should play practically from a game reset. http://www.angelfire.com/nc/ugetab/tasvideos/
