I saw the old TAS for this game, and it got a lot of positive feedback. Donamer said he'd redo the run but never did. So it's worth a shot for me to try this right? Skipping the cut scenes is possible and I also can use "luck manipulation" (if you can call it that in this case) to speed up a few minigames. And further improvements can also be made to make the run more entertaining. I just wanted to see if people would find this entertaining, since I've noticed that Warioware games are notorious for boring TASes :P [edit] I also just realized that losing some minigames can also save some time, which is something else I haven't seen in a warioware TAS before. nevermind I was thinking of a different Warioware game..

I wanna to send a Wario Ware Twisted TAS (I'm doing it 1st!) right here. Is that a good think? Note:To play (I'm saying it before any comments about my thinking) WWT you need a patch. Download that game (any rom site) and this patch:http://www.mediafire.com/?hyzjdwiym2m Rename that patch to name of rom :)

I'd say no. None of the currently submitted WarioWare TASes so far have been considered entertaining or TAS-worthy enough for publication. I don't think this WW game would change that.
http://www.youtube.com/Noxxa <dwangoAC> This is a TAS (...). Not suitable for all audiences. May cause undesirable side-effects. May contain emulator abuse. Emulator may be abusive. This product contains glitches known to the state of California to cause egg defects. <Masterjun> I'm just a guy arranging bits in a sequence which could potentially amuse other people looking at these bits <adelikat> In Oregon Trail, I sacrificed my own family to save time. In Star trek, I killed helpless comrades in escape pods to save time. Here, I kill my allies to save time. I think I need help.

Well I made kind of the exact same thread about doing warioware twisted but okay completely ignore it. I'd love to see it to make sure my WIP is up to par with it so far. [edit] alright Ill give you some constructive criticism and a few tips. -You don't need to watch the very first cut scene, it's actually skippable as well. -The first boss stage you can just hold down the B button and the LEFT arrow key to save time. -You can also reset the game the very first frame the cut scene starts, including the frame where it's still fading into it. -Good boss stage for Mona, besides the very ending. Hitting the wall at the end makes you lose a few frames. Every frame counts even in a half hour movie. -For Jimmy's boss stage, you can also just hold down B and RIGHT to beat the boss stage in a few frames. But this is all I will so for now as you can tell, I like to talk a lot :P Good for your first TAS (if I read your post correctly) but I would suggest you re-do it and fix your mistakes if you want this to have any chance at being accepted. [edit2] I also noted the rerecord count. I'm not sure if you were lucky with the frame precision timing but I'm just saying...

Well Waffle... Yeah, at Mona's boss stage i hit directly the wall, and loose that 20 or 30 frames. I've holded B on Jimmy's boss stage, but... in few rerecords I've dediced to stop before that gap. To rerecord count, yes, I was lucky, and I know, on what physics is that game (unlike to TrackMania DS, my 1st big project). Because I've played that game before. :D Sometimes, out of boring, I've made that lazy (i say that to small projects made in 2-4 hours and with less than 400 rerecords count) TAS. :)

Well I'm very glad you have fun doing this but honestly don't expect it to be approved when so many improvements can be made :P

I make a good encode? :) I've used 1,75GB of free space (1,5GB in D disk, 150MB in E disk). Good was? :D

Only thing I can say is that a few of the boss stages can be improved. But I did not know you could reset that quickly! Redoing my entire movie now :P

You mean how can you improve the boss stages? Well here's what I saw: First Stage: Perfect Mona: I don't know if you can actually go faster by keeping a straight path, but as of now it's also perfect. Jimmy T: Perfect Kat and Ana: This is where I saw a bit of mistakes. Rather than autofiring A, you should just time it frame by frame, if you time it perfectly then you can beat the ending much, much quicker; without the nose moving or having to hit any smaller enemies. Haven't watched the rest yet. (And there's another one of my giant blocks of text :P)

No... I know about that mistakes in Kat & Ana's Boss Stage, but how faster I can to skip intros? Not reset, but what?

Oh sorry, I was saying that you reset very quickly, and that I didn't know such large improvements could be made. I'm redoing my run since you reset much earlier after the cutscenes and now my movie is a lot slower than yours lol

I've encoded that movie. Bad quality? That's from my bad computer, so sorry, but using Vegas I've get this, not better quality. :( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WHkWhGvETCg And do not search that movie, right emulator and good rom. Just watch movie on YouTube. :)
