Well, to keep things organized (and to avoid having to search all over the place), I've created a page for this game in the game resources. Here it is. It's sort of empty atm, since I'm not sure how to explain/unaware of some glitches.

Want me to record skipping Patrick/ disabling the Hand and the Saving Glitch? (Also COEL625 has a video of the BBBJ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GEBR6UsLxOE) Edit: I can't record today though.

Sure, but can you please record them seperately? Thanks!

Here is COEL625's video on skipping Robo-Sandy and Robot Patrick. Here is frozenstar0's original "disable the hand" glitch video. This is the only "Saving Game" glitch video I could find (the other one was itsPersonnal's, but was deleted from YouTube for some reason). That should help you with the Game Resources page.

Thanks! Just a note: Since you are a player, you can edit it too, in case me or others are busy. :)

Saving Glitch: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CKdbAqGAAjQ Disable the Hand http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h7ufXx6IRmQ Sorry this took to long to get done, I don't actually own this game so I had to go out and borrow it from a friend.

Thanks, itsPersonnal! Ok, let's assume the worst case scenario in which you can't skip the 75 Spatula door in the Chum Bucket. In that case, what are the 75 fastest Spatulas for this game?

It'll probably be fastest to get all the spatulas in an area and move on to the next area instead of jumping all over the place. Remember, this isn't Super Mario 64. SpongeBob stays in the level after picking up a spatula. I was planning on making a chart with all of the spatulas, which ones require the Bubble Bowl and which ones require the Cruise Bubble, but I never got around to it.

I can make a "strats video" for jellyfish fields, there are a fair bit of tricks that I and a few friends of mine have come across while randomly playing this game. The main problem with route planning in this game though, is what socks to get...

I had that planned out too, at least for Jellyfish Fields, as well as a testrun for that area. Unfortunately, the run desyncs, and I didn't want to record another, so I would have to remember my route again. I would appreciate it if you made that strats video. I have my share of tricks that I haven't revealed yet too, and a TAS would use those and also some shortcuts that are already known like the bungee spatula trick by frozenstar0, and the (likely) TAS-only clam skip by me.

Skip Robot Patrick! This one is great! This should definitely save time since there are many faster spatulas in the game and that battle takes a long time.
Well, you should probably face robo patrick at least before you face spongebot steelpants, because then you can beat spongebot super fast with the cruise bubble and be able to pass the part with the brain holes much more easily. You can skip it if you know how to get enough spatulas to get into the chum bucket, but then you should probably face robo pat so that its easier. Just a thought.
I quit TASing.

Unless if the brain holes are really that slow, than it's probably faster to glitch to them rather than fight robo-patrick. In fact, for the first part of the battle, glitching it is much faster. First part. Second part. All done without cruise bubble. Edit: Do you know of any glitches/timesavers? The only one I found is the "beat robo-spongebob early" glitch. :P

Nice find! I was looking for something in that area to use for my eventual run. I think it's not solid because you're supposed to get killed by the water before you touch it, so they didn't need to put collision detection in for it.

So ptorflaxendrosis got a 2:15:07 Single Segment Any% today, using a route that him and I made. I won't take to much credit, since aside from Jellyfish Fields and Dutchman's Graveyard I didn't do much of the actual route planning, I just found some tricks here and there. Anyway he'll be uploading that sometime soon and all you people here will get to see a lot of new tricks :P (the old world record was 2:37 afaik)

Nice! Did he glitched the last bosses, btw? Or were those tricks too risky?

Well, with the hand disabled its pretty easy to just skip most of the second phase, but neither of us could seem to get the trick to skip the first phase to work, even with pause abuse.

Oh well. :( It's really tricky (in real time), since there's so much room for error. Anyway, I can't wait to see the run. :D

I did indeed get 2:15:07, and my splits are included so you can see that there is still room for improvement. Sub 2:10 for sure, max is probably ~2:07. Hopefully I can upload it soon... I don't have internet at my house so I don't know when that will be, but it will be uploaded as soon as possible. Also, does anyone here know anything about the old record? I mean, itsPersonnal said it was 2:37, but was it also Single Segment?

The only record I heard of is the one in the OP of the SDA thread. :P
I have now played it, starting precisely at noon and ending the game at 2:58 which brings my real time down to 2:58 (obviously).

I never knew there was a 2:37 record. I would have loved to see it whenever it came out. Wonder why whoever made it never shared it in the SDA thread or this one. Ptorflaxendrosis, where is the video of your speedrun? I didn't see it on YouTube.
