So cruel. Still, I wanted to see it just because I can't even find a normal play that gets past Ensign. At least Super Android had a video of someone waking the android without TAS; there's just nothing showing off the rest of the game for SCP.
100% Diablo.

Mercenaries 2 any% and 100%.

Yes, I have a lot of 100% wishes. But this is a Wishlist. :3
There's actually more now (and this too). Although I'm having trouble running this game myself so I wonder what options and system setup they're using. But at least we know it's possible.
Things other people mentioned in this thread that I know are definitely TASable already:
- Cave Story
- Iji
- IWBTG
- Eversion
- Bunny Must Die
- Ika-chan
- La-Mulana
- Streets of Rage Remake
- Syobon Action
- Might & Magic 8
- Age of Empires
- Earthworm Jim 2 (there are PS, SNES, genesis and other ports similar to the PC version)
- Live Wire! (there is a PS version)
- Lemmings (though the version I'm refering to has most levels already in the SNES version)
~ I might add more later ~
Cosgrove's Umbrella - Platformer, very popular in the Game Maker community when it was released
Cosmic - Mission-based game in which you need to collect about 70 stars scattered throughout the galaxy by some bad guy you defeated previously. Inspired by the much more violent Jetz series by Shawn64.
Hovendall Tactics - TBS similar to Battle for Wesnoth, but on a square grid. A TAS would be more for the technical than entertainment value, IMO.
Megabot (100%) - An impressive Game Maker game inspired by the classic Mega/Rock Man series
Painajainen - Platform/exploration game, similar to seiklus (see below)
Reflexion - Excellent puzzle game that won the first Game Maker competition. Has a sequel/rewrite.
seiklus - Exploration/adventure game, very popular even outside the Game Maker community. Probably the only game on this list that any of you have played.
Non-Game Maker games:
Chex Quest 3 - FPS based on Doom, but with a hero made of cereal. The version linked also includes the previous two games. The first game was developed as a marketing strategy to sell Chex cereal. It worked.
VVVVVV.
Plants vs Zombies playaround? Like, the puzzle levels. Although that would require starting from a saved game...
And I'm 106% supporting Super Meat Boy. I'm drooling already at the thought.
If flash games count : Super Mario Crossover, the game being played with each character separately. Of course, I know that no game would get eight runs of it on the site, though...
The Amiga version was ported to DOS, Atari ST, SAM Coupé, Apple Macintosh and Acorn Archimedes either as data disk or standalone game. The levels were also made available for Windows, Game Boy Color and Sony PlayStation, included with their versions of Lemmings."
So, according to Wikipedia, the levels are in the Windows Lemmings already.

I don't know if this game will work in Hourglass because it's so old, but for those who wanna try, I would like to see the freeware game "I've Got Some BALLS" TASed.
More information and download here: http://www.acid-play.com/download/ive-got-some-balls
(The game is freeware so the download should be allowed)
A video of the game being completed unassisted using single map mode: http://www.youtube.com/user/7WhitePhoenix7
EDIT: Changed the video link because the uploader set the old one to private in favor of a new one with better times.
3D Pinball Space Cadet
RollerCoaster Tycoon (Just to see how people can manipulate it and such)
Any Fallout Game (3 the most)
I know someone mentioned some of the Source Engine games (There's no telling what someone could do with Half-Life 2)
Any Left 4 Dead game
I might think of more later. For now this is all I can come up with.
Super Meat Boy is on top of my list of TASes I want to see. A Meat Boy only run though, going through every level with Najia would be mostly boring.
Elasto Mania would be really cool too.
Seconded.
My wishlist is:
-Basically any shmup/danmaku game (just to make a fool of the game, or for ridiculously high scores)
-Recettear, because the random dungeons could be manipulated like crazy and the thief character, Charme, is super-high speed and has a reflex-based guard that in a TASer's hands could block everything.
-Labyrinth of Touhou, a notorious grindfest with a huge amount of possible party members, it would be a challenging RPG to luck manipulate due to the fact that attacks always hit, so battles would still need quite some strategy.
-The Jumper series, for the same reasons as Super Meat Boy
Needing mouse support:
-Insaniquarium, because by the end of the game there's too much on screen to collect for humans
-Amnesia, because people play this game exceptionally poorly due to the fear element, but in a TAS none of that would exist and it would be pure speed.
Unfortunately, my computer won't run Hourglass, so I can't test whether these work, let alone actually attempt to TAS them.
