Is it shorter? Does it mean they won't be cutting episodes anymore in order to fit them into 20 minutes? (I just can't get over how horrendously stupid the whole thing is. They make an opening song that's significantly longer than the original, and they add a stupid and completely useless live action segment at the end... and for those reasons they have to cut parts of the episodes themselves in order to fit the entire thing into a time slot. In recent news, the furry community just voted My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic for "Best Dramatic Series". Because, as we all know, the number one thing the show is known for is heart rending, gut wrenching drama. In other news, behold this desecration of a Nazi rifle.

the Sonic Rainboom episode aired in Japan recently. Hope they got the Hush Now Lullaby done in Japanese. (And don't tell me that only songs that have just Pinkie Pie singing are dubbed) They already done Giggle at the Ghosties, Pinkie's Dance Party Fantasy (Pinkie's Gala Fantasy song), The Ticket Song/Bestest Friend, Hop skip and jump, Evil Sorceress song (Evil Enchantress song), and Cupcakes song in Japanese, but not Winter Cleanup (Winter Wrap-Up) and Art of the Dress. Later songs that should be done in Japanese: - You Gotta Share, You Gotta Care - So Many Wonders - Singing Telegram - The Dance Party Aria (At The Gala) - I'm here at the Dance Party (I'm at the Grand Galloping Gala) - Maybe a new intro starting in episode 27?

So, while I slept last night, I had a dream. In the dream, I was at a mall (shopping malls have been a recurring setting in my dreams lately for some reason). Above one of the entrances was a long banner. The banner had a closeup of the upper portion of Rarity's stock pose. She was telekinetically holding a book in front of her face. So either it was an ad for a bookstore, or simpy a banner advocating the joys of reading. Above her was written the phrase... "I LIKE TO READ ABOUT BOYS WHO BUCK" So... yeah. Last night my subconcious used ponies to conjure up a rude pun. I need help.

I'm assuming any song that would take actual effort will stay in English. The ones that don't, such as Pinkie's songs that all suck since Japanese Pinkie Pie is fucking horrible, will be made Japanese just because we're not suffering enough. My attempt at making Art of the Dress work in Japanese is pretty much just two lines I'm not really satisfied with away from being complete but I've hit a bit of a block there.

I must admit I was a bit prejudiced when I started to watch the movie, but it turned out to be entertaining. Not great, mind you, but entertaining. (It didn't leave a bad taste in my mouth like eg. the last episode of the third season did.) OTOH I have to agree with almost everything that was said in that "Everything Wrong With Equestria Girls in 7 Minutes or Less" video above. Not that most of it bothered me during the movie, but in hindsight, he's right. (Btw, I kind of hate that the parallel dimension having humanoids is supposed to be a surprise in the movie, yet it was spoiled eons before the movie was ever released. Everybody and their grandmother knows the movie is about humanoids, even though in the movie's own setting it's supposed to come as a surprise.)

I wanna make more ponified encodes. Especially the pipe glitches in SML2 either by using an older version of VBA or by transplanting the tiles. I am gonna watch Equestria Girls pretty soon.
