There is a lovely image: but I say it's around when Spike was still alive because of how "fresh" the tombstones are.
I've always imagined something like one of the following to happen: 1. She's constantly tormented with hallucinations of her friends, and she's aware that she's nuts. Yet she'll never let that bother her since insanity is inefficient. 2. She continues her work in isolation, and eventually becomes something like Nightmare moon. And yet she still hasn't disposed of the princess. Not because of love or anything, but because they're unattackable NPC true immortals (as opposed to being biologically immortal). 3. She gets over it in (somewhat) after 2 centuries.
4. She does magic stuff to make other ponies personality clones of her friends, striping their old personalitlies. Repeat when they die.
Message me here for my discord. Current Project: Psycho Waluigi Project on wait list: None?

Or do the Cloudsdale approach and just clone Rainbow Dash along with the rest of her friends! I mean, noone seems to be bothered about it, despite being done in plain site. ;)

I'm not sure if this is remotely possible, but what if we could get tool assistance for Android, then every My Little Pony fan here would go crazy for a TAS of the mobile game. BTW, 81 more days until Season 4.

And what, watch a months-long movie of building random structures and waiting so you can build more structures? Unless you're talking a different game, I'll pass.
A hundred years from now, they will gaze upon my work and marvel at my skills but never know my name. And that will be good enough for me.

Actually, changing the system time makes it go quicker.

You mean this game? That doesn't sound like it would make an exciting TAS whatsoever.

I wish they made a full-blown AAA game from MLP:FiM. Perhaps something similar to Naruto: Rise of a Ninja in concept and game mechanics (but with even more story and character development.) I would definitely buy that.

Yeah, but that game is garbage.

Well, if you enjoyed it, that's great. However, just because a game is fun to play doesn't mean it would be fun to watch someone else play. :P

I'm... not sure that's what he meant. I thought he was asking why I thought the faux-retro game was garbage. It takes more than pixels and chiptunes to make go, "This is SO great!" You need more than obnoxiously repitive tunes to get me to enjoy something. But most importantly, your level designs should not be a random mishmash of almost empty rooms navigated using controls that just feel off! And the floors! Everything is a flat shade of brown! Ugh. And four out of six bosses have the basic strategy of, "Get up in their grill and mash the attack button."

Fine. How about some 16-bit tunes to fit the mood: Call Upon the Sea Ponies Giggle at the Ghosties

I think it's a pity that there will probably never be a good AAA game based on MLP:FiM (that would be targeted to all ages and genders, much like the show itself.) On the other hand, it's understandable from a pragmatic point of view. Little girls are a real niche market in the video game industry. There are tons of bronies out there (and most of them play videogames), but ultimately not so many as to justify the budget for a full-blown AAA game. (There's also the good possibility that the game would flop completely, especially if the same people who make the show are not involved in its development.)

This video argues that Applejack's and Rainbow Dash's elements of harmony (honesty and loyalty) would actually make a lot more sense swapped around. In other words, if it were AJ whose element is loyalty and RD whose element is honesty, because that would fit a lot better their personalities and their behavior during the series. I think that's an excellent point.

I made ponified encodes of existing TASes of Super Mario Bros. 2, Super Mario Land 2, and Zelda: A Link to the Past. Ponified as in switching out characters with ones from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. And no, I'm not making a ponified encode of a Final Fantasy VI TAS due to changes to dialogue and battle commands. But there is possibility of TASing the hack and it would end up in the vault. 73 days left until Season 4.

Yup, it's official. Youtube's run by bronies.

We know. (Also gives you an idea of how long this has been running for, which may or may not be a surprise)

Question: Are the ponies in the show really 100% vegetarian? Cakes and muffins use, at the very least, eggs. (Every single muffin recipe I have looked up online uses eggs. Many, although not all, of them also use butter and/or milk.) Now, I'm not a cook so I really can't say if there exists a suitable vegetarian substitute for eggs that can be used in cakes and muffins, but eggs seem quite ubiquitous. (There's also the fact that Fluttershy raises chickens. It might be more than just philanthropy. Also, there are cows, that sometimes need herding.)
