hello guys here is a good movie in my opinion I did the Mortal Kombat 3 with plenty of bugs and glitches with several combos that's my favorite game so I hope you like it.

DarkKobold: Judging

DarkKobold: You are getting much better at TASing DarkNoob. However, the majority of the audience found this too similar to UMK3, and did not offer anything special. Good luck in the future, however, rejecting this.
Dark Noob: I know that because of the Vault this can be accepted but this gameplay is poorly compared to other playarounds,in future I will create another better then canceling.

My thoughts as I watch: vs. Sonya: Why are you not using the Run button? Glitched stage fatality was pretty funny. Fighting was meh, too slow. vs. Sheeva: Really nothing to say. Not bad, but nothing spectacular. vs. Sindel: Disappearing Cyrax at the end of Round 1 was amusing. Glitched Babality was okay. vs. Nightwolf: Good first round, quick and not repetitive. Second round was fairly good too, but the Friendship was just kind of there. vs. Sub-Zero: I liked the freeze shenanigans. Sektor's bit was pretty lackluster, though. Second fight was just okay. vs. Stryker: First fight, again, was kind of meh. Second fight was also kind of meh. And we've seen the glitched hat throw Fatality already, in SDR's published Ultimate MK3 run. vs. Jax: Keeping him in the air for as long as you did with Nightwolf's ax swing was amusing. Stryker's bit was good. vs. Liu Kang: Excellent first fight. Fast-paced, and minimal repetition. Glitched stage Fatality was just okay, again. Didn't really show anything. vs. Kabal: Great first fight. I love the Sub-Zero shenanigans. Second fight was good too; fast, and my favorite of Jax's fatalities. vs. Shang Tsung: Why did you do Disappearing Cyrax again? We've already seen it. Pretty good otherwise. Would have liked to see the Stage Fatality instead of another Babality, though. 2-player fight #1: First round was good; as established, I like freezing shenanigans. Second round was eh. Animality featuring the projectile/Mercy glitch was okay. 2-player fight #2: Randper Kombat is always good for keeping it fresh. I liked these, and Jax's Animality was cool. 2-player fight #3: Why did you wait so long to lock your selections in? Yes, we've seen Nightwolf juggling with his ax. Getting a bit old by now. Unglitched Fatality was nice. Again with the Nightwolf ax-juggle? Smoke getting back up and attacking Nightwolf after FINISH HIM! was funny. Seriously, you are WAY overusing the Nightwolf Ax-Juggle™. How were you able to do an Animality without a Mercy? 2-player fight #4: Quick Babality into the screen having a seizure is hilarious to me. Fight was good too. Second fight was good as well. How were you able to do an Animality on Round 2? Is it to do with putting in the toggle code for One-Button Fatalities? vs. Motaro: It seems like you could have been a lot more aggressive in both rounds. vs. Shao Khan: Both fights were well-paced.

Now, my vote. Honestly, while I did enjoy this, I don't there's anything here that we can't get in SDR's run of Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3. Out of respect for how much your submissions have improved, I'll refrain from voting.

Thank boct1584 alias umk3 know is better than mk3 because I just did funny and cool combos this game is faster and has advantages in several types of mixed combos babalities, friendship and others not to get repetitive. but nevertheless thank you for comment. and the struggle between deculpe Motaro does not give me much choice of combos.

I watched all your run and I can say you are improving and this can be easily improved for you.. I felt you was "trapped" in all the fight one exemple shang p1 vs shang p2, your combos would can be so better, you used the same glitch (Cyrax's bomb glitch and teleport one) your glitch was cool but you can add more, there are a lot videos showing glitch you just need look. Your randpe kombat was very stopped, I didn't see stryker....and the your morphs abuse ..Cyrax, Kung Lao, Jax, Nightwolf and Liukang...bad impressive moves, nightwolf weak Hatchets combo..and others details you need have more conviction during the fights and optmize your combos, use frame advance (kung Lao's looping stay more beatiful to the watch ) move yourself more during the rounds, looking the entertaiment to show for who is watching. why do you used throw desable? I'm talking this for you because are mistake that I did.. I won't vote
whatever worth doing, is worth doing well

I watched it, and as a play-around, it's pretty good. (As others have noted, there are other glitches and combos you could have used, but overall, entertaining stuff) However, my problem is with both the game choice and especially the existence of a very similar play-around for UMK3. UMK3 is widely considered the best version of the early Mortal Kombat series, and certainly the definitive version for Mortal Kombat 3. And we have a very good play-around for that entry already. Do we really need another play-around for an inferior version of essentially the same game?! As much as I absolutely love fighting game movies on here, and want as many them as possible, my feeling is "No".

An encode is necessary for me to watch, as I can't make SNES runs sync in my pc... +D EDIT: sorry for editing now, I'm just saying that even if the video doesn't measure up to the SDR UMK3 standards, I liked to see Sheeva participating... xP and, I like animalities much more than brutalities \o/

No. There wasn't anything startlingly original or different from other Mortal Kombat playarounds in this run and, as others have noted, it feels kind of redundant compared to UMK3.

If only there were some nice MK3-only glitches that would set this game apart from UMK3... This TAS was surprisingly good. I liked watching it, but I feel like there is still some improvement possible. I enjoyed the details and tricks you used that I hadn't seen in the UMK3 runs and I would've liked to see even more of them. All those animalities were pretty cool, but I always prefer glitched finishers over regular ones. The randper kombat and 2p Shang Tsung matches were a slight disappointment. Those matches have the potential to be the craziest and most memorable ones, but here they didn't fulfill that potential. Overall, I'm gonna go with 'meh', but keep improving and it might be a 'yes' next time.

Not bad, but this could be better. The overuse of Nightwolf's hatchet was one problem, as boct mentioned, but there were a few glitches repeated too much: invisible Cyrax, preceding fatalities with Shang Tsung's ground fireballs... There were some cool combos, but there were also a lot of attacks that didn't quite chain together (Sonya's scissor grabs, for instance). It also felt like the 2-player matches were also much slower than they should have been: one player stands still while the other attacks. Good try, but you need more variety and surprise in a publishable run. I voted No.
Used to be a frequent submissions commenter. My new computer has had some issues running emulators, so I've been here more sporadically. Still haven't gotten around to actually TASing yet... I was going to improve Kid Dracula for GB. It seems I was beaten to it, though, with a recent awesome run by Hetfield90 and StarvinStruthers. (http://tasvideos.org/2928M.html.) Thanks to goofydylan8 for running Gargoyle's Quest 2 because I mentioned the game! (http://tasvideos.org/2001M.html) Thanks to feos and MESHUGGAH for taking up runs of Duck Tales 2 because of my old signature! Thanks also to Samsara for finishing a Treasure Master run. This run is good, though i think it's not as good as other runs/playarounds done by other TASers. Btw, there's a trick/glitch in this game that allows you to use the bosses against the computer and you can even beat the game with Shao Khan or Motaro. It could be nice to see Motaro VS. Motaro with fireballs hitting each ones body and coming back like a ping pong. The bosses can't do combos, iirc, but maybe TASers could find something usefull. I think this is something different that you don't find in MK2 or UMK3.

I am completely confused by the descriptions of Fatality, Animality, and Babality. Could someone re-write those?

as this run looks interesting and have some nice surprises, it can't compare to the total Glitchfest that SDR managed to show, it's not a bad run but i don't think it should obselete the UMK3 run. voting meh...

Yeah, this is how I felt. UMK3 is one of the best movies on the site. I only really saw two unique glitched fatality types in this movie; the first being the most interesting. Meh vote.
