Adding rerecording shouldn't be that difficult. Basically, truncating the movie on loadstate (unless in readonly mode, where future input is kept).
For getting new rerecording movie file format submittable on the site, I guess I'll be the person to contact.
Fact is I can't really approach that kind of usage of the emulator 'cause the "re-recording" feature is not officially supported so I have to record the video via HyperCam3 and truncate it after the recording has been done.
Pretty much I modify a 504x480 video that can even last 40 minutes of footage and reach a size of 30-40 gigas. Wish me luck until a re-recording feature is added officially to PPSSPP emulator.

Fraps doesn'ts support many emulators unfortunately, also I should do the same cut and crop acting with fraps-recording anyway.
So what do you think about the Tases uptil now? There are someone that are favoured among the one you've watched?

Fraps will support them if you make the graphics rendering be OpenGL or DirectX. Dxtory (which also has frame limiting) is better than fraps though for that.

I'm going to upload videos captured via fraps now, cause I've been capable to put the emulators at fraps use.
