That's right, in UKs Retro Gamer magazine, this site as well as a few others are mentioned in their superplay article. SDA is also mentioned for legitimate runs as well as some other sites.

Well, this site and sda are the biggest sites out of all of them. At http://www.twingalaxies.com they hold the world records apparently, http://www.vortiginous.com has some divx movies including Conkers Bad Fur Day which i'm downloading now. http://home.comcast.net/~arcthelad has a wide variety of videos (i haven't checked yet) of which some link to this site. It also mentions http://www.metroid2002.com

UK Retro Gamer, is that a good magazine? Being a "Yank," I've never heard of it. I know the UK has some fun video game magazines, as I used to read a few when I worked in retail.

I find it pretty good, comes with about 50 (sometimes more, sometimes less) games, some emulation (surprisingly), some not, some remakes. Came with the games factory last month (yeah, i know it's out of date). It has a lot of interesting information about retro games, like there's a search for old arcade machines and interviews with game makers from the old days. Had a top 100 a few months ago of retro games (Vice City somehow got in there) and top place was Elite, one of my favourite games when i was 3 years old, of course i had no idea what was going on then.

If any of you have the German magazine "PC Action" from 03/2001: Have a closer look at page 109 :)

I don't have a scanner :( Just tried to photograph it with my digital camera, but didn't get any good result... It was an article about the German Need for Speed Porsche league, and I was mentioned as one of the top drivers :)
