Umm... yeah. I've created a brand new TAS with three Wiimotes connected, and I get the same "Error in PlayWiimore" message as seen in my older topic. I kind of know why this happens though, but the problem is that at a specific frame, the error message will always pop up no matter what I change in the controller configuration menus before playing the next frame. I don't remember doing anything involving changing the controller settings after nor during that frame.
Apparently, the playback began with the nunchuck connected to the first wiimote. Playing the playback without the nunchuck with cause the error message to pop up instantly. Removing the nunchuck during the playback will make the error message pop up at the next frame. Adding a nunchuck to Wiimotes two and three will do the same thing (even though I do remember accidentally adding a nunchuck, but not at that same frame).
So anyway, is there a fix to this that doesn't involve precise controller configuration on every frame? Is there also anything that can decrypt dtm (playback) files in any way so I can see what I must do in order to watch the whole playback happily ever after?
I'd ask for a fix that can play playbacks without a nunchuck (or better yet, no controllers) connected, but that would probably cause the random factor in my TAS to become different, making the playback unviewable.
EDIT: A newer TAS has been created on a newer version of Dolphin, this time the three Wiimotes intentionally had their nunchucks connected throughout the entire TAS, despite them never being used at all. I saved the dtm file after I was done, and then I STILL get the error message even though the controller configuration had all of its settings set to how they were before I began. This is starting to tick me off now.
EDIT 2: Again, a new TAS was created on with Dolphin 4.0-6068 with mostly the same settings, the only difference being that all three Wiimotes NEVER had a nunchuck connected throughout the entire recording. Same thing happens: fatal error message appears, and this happened at the very first frame of the recording. I was once able to actually replay the TAS, but it only happened once out of the 20 attempts, and I had to stop the emulation early because I forgot to enable dumping the audio and frames. UGH! I really don't understand anymore.
