The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past in 4:17
This is something I whipped up really quickly to test Up+Down on nitsuja's new version of SNES9X. I abuse a glitch in Hyrule Castle then head north to victory. 2/3 of the run is unavoidable text.
-Abuses glitch.
-Takes no Damage.
-Requires the Up+Down & Left+Right enabled version of SNES9X
-Use WIP Timing.

Some emulators disable the abilty to press opposite directions. Check your options.

Input -> Joypad Configuration (or Alt+F7) Underneath the picture is an option: Allow Left+Rt/Up+Dn. Check the box.
