Honestly I wouldn't recommend compressing to MP3 to then be recompressed to AAC on YT... WAV while big (for it's time) is small compared to the video, really...

That's exactly why I don't bother with compressing audio. It's pretty small and barely makes difference to the file's total size, so I just leave it uncompressed.

Meh, my upload speed is 1mbits/s, every MB counts. (I usually don't upload large resolutions though.)
