Vote for the best movie to feature two players from any platform. Note - only one of these movies was actually made by two people, one of these movies also has a second player which doesn't do anything but get thrown around. NES - Battletoads in 15:29 FODA NES - Bubble Bobble in 27:18 by Tarzan NES - Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers in 10:57 by Sleepz SNES - Contra 3 in 13:40 by Phil Côté and Genisto Genesis - The Lost Vikings in 50:03 by Ouzo

I'd have to say Battletoads by FODA. Quite good, and one person controlled both players. http://tasvideos.org/movies.cgi?id=291

I'm not trying to grab the award or anything, but i really think contra 3 has very few impressive places (like climbing fast). The rest of the action happens everyday on zbattle.

Another nomination: SleepZ's Chip caries Dale movie: http://tasvideos.org/movies.cgi?id=28

I would agree with Nach, i dont know of any other game where such a thing can be done (finish a 2 player game using only one of the controllers), its a great movie. Chip'n Dale by Sleepz

I'm going with FODA's Battletoads also.
If for honesty, you want apologies, I don't sympathize.

First I have too think one from the Chip And Dale Movies. But after I read some nominations I say too Bubble Bobble. Have not remember it anymore as I first read it here. NES Bubble Bobble (USA) in 27:18 by Mattias Berggren (aka. Tarzan)

I second the Lost Vikings. (The one that qualifies, that is.) But mostly just so FODA wins by vote, and not default. =p

I am with NES Bubble Bobble (USA) in 27:18 by Mattias Berggren (aka. Tarzan) Perhaps it can be nominated for Most Difficult as well. Isn't Controlling 2 players, difficult for maker?

Isn't Controlling 2 players, difficult for maker? id say so. the Lost Vikings is 3 characters at once though if you wanted to throw your hat in on difficulty, Shakespeare.

But the award is not for hardest to make 2 player movie0, its simply "Best 2 player movie" so it shouldnt take in consideration if 2 players made it or only 1

The ones where the game is on 2 player mode. (the amount of people that were involved in the creation of the movie does not matter)

My next Double Dragon 2 movie :P which will be finished soon. I don't agree with Chip 'n Dale. That's too easy since the 2nd player doesn't do anything. Personally, I called it a 1 player run.

Battletoads! Not everyone gets to obsolete a Phil&Genisto-we-kill-every-game-that's-in-our-path-duo video by almost 4 minutes.

True that, although you do have to realize FCEU wasn't an option back when Phil&Genisto did it, and it's practically impossible to make the movie they did with Famtasia. Famtasia's abilities at recording Battletoads would make you want to kill yourself.
