Just to note this is a reprisal of this thread here.
Xipo was only putting out false information during that thread when all information was provided by TASeditor.
It's quite disappointing that even after their attack in another thread where they were clearly still in the wrong that they'll continue this.
It also should be known that when Soig was basically done with the site and creation of their TASes that Xipo also went after them.
This is quite a disappointing attitude that you've continued doing Xipo.
On the account of blind faith, I do hope there is a translated version of what is being stated in that video.

Warning: When making decisions, I try to collect as much data as possible before actually deciding. I try to abstract away and see the principles behind real world events and people's opinions. That's a silly accusation and I already debunked it. Using Koh1fds's example movie, I figured out everything necessary to make that glitch work and implemented all the input for it. I changed Xipo's last level to make use of that glitch and made him the primary author in my submission. I also kindly explained how it works to Xipo. He improved it even further and never asked my name to be dropped. But then, after a few years, suddenly it became a crazy problem. Interestingly he never replied to the explanation I provided there. Welp.
Now, he make the video, insult all the foreign tasers, propagate the video. We should prevent his behaviour. The best punish of him is cancle his movies in tasvideo?
I'm not a native speaker of English and I'm terribly bad at English, so I don't know what happens in detail.
However, I hope the problem is resolved peacefully.

I can only think of two things I may have done wrong during the creation of NG2:
1. Submitting what is now the currently published run without asking Xipo first. I felt asking wasn't necessary for such a small improvement to an incredibly technically polished run.
2. I changed up small portions of the platforming sections for entertainment purposes. I felt this was entirely in line with what Xipo asked me to do with the run, which was adding playaround after the boss fights. I figured it would be okay to do that as much as I could throughout the movie: Considering how tight Scumtron's previous run was, and how there was only just over a second of improvement, it made sense to me to try and help provide a unique viewing experience to a run people have been watching for over a decade.
At no point did I detect any hostility from Xipo during our correspondence, and I can provide the entire PM log to prove that. I was aware of the previous incident with TASeditor and I was specifically hoping to avoid that. I can even provide offsite conversations I had with friends regarding my worry of doing something wrong, conversations that even preceded Xipo approaching me with the idea of co-authorship. If either of the things I listed were what I did wrong, then, yes, I'm sorry, but apart from that, I am pretty confident I did nothing wrong and don't deserve to be attacked for "plagiarism".

I've just been made aware of what I apparently did wrong: Scumtron was not listed as a co-author on the either of our NG2 submissions. I believe I understand where things went wrong here.
This is Xipo's first PM to me, after I announced I was working on NG2. The last line is of importance, because I think this is the "promise" that I broke. I misunderstood this line: I assumed that Xipo had intended to reach out to Scumtron so that all three of us would actively work on the improved run. The run ended up being created by just Xipo and myself, so when I submitted the run, I did not include Scumtron as a co-author, since we did not get in contact with him and he had no actual input in the improvement. At no point did Xipo make me aware that omitting Scumtron was a broken promise, though. Across both submissions, for as long as they were up on the workbench, Xipo never got in contact with me and directly asked me to do this. He even provided me with an improvement for the second submission once it was already up, and he did not mention that I was doing anything wrong with the co-authorship.
This is a case of misunderstanding on my part, and I'd like that to be corrected no matter what, but I do need to stress how there was no communication from Xipo that anything was wrong in the first place, and if there was I would have swiftly fixed things.
EDIT: Scumtron has now been credited on both NG2 movies.

For God's sake, just make xipo a co-author in any submissions if he asks you to do that. That stream-sniping (or more like "submission-sniping") stuff can go on and on, because who knows how many unfinished WIPs he has behind the scenes.
Dealing with each individual "plagiarism" of that kind might take long and burn much nerve cells. If we dig dipper, an input file's metadata/header can be edited with appropriate tools or, at least, with a HEX editor. I can have hundreds of movies "from 2011" and blame everyone that its input is actually my input.
TASing is like making a film: only the best takes are shown in the final movie.

Really funny how Xipo still hasn't provided any hard evidence to his accusations, that "I stole a 9:30 TAS from him" and only provides PMs that suit the case to twist his narrative.
He still hasn't shown a 9:30 microstorage link to which "I only added L+R inputs" to proof his case that "the 9:30 TAS is 90% his work" and only provided a fabricated example.
It would be really easy for him to show he's in the right, if and only if he posted the microstorage link of the 9:30 TAS without L+R. DeHackEd then could look at the upload time and compare it to when I uploaded/submitted.
The submitted 9:30 TAS has none of Xipos 9:35 input.
As for the "proposal of co-author", I could have better communicated that he needs to actively work on his own and not only wait for a little thing to paste the solution of his previous TAS into it.
