My sloppy test run is complete. time is 9.27 WR time is 11.05. I don't put my test run here because it's really sloppy :D I found best route I think :)

In that case, use the other one. Just walk along the slope on the side of the tunnel until you slip. That polygon's a glitchy slope, but it only takes you part of the way down.

My best time with that route is 10:25, without drowning at the end. Drowning cuts off about 15 seconds more.
Also, notes on TTC. Nothing major, but maybe a few seconds can be saved:
Leaky only requires 2 eggs. You put in 3, and almost made it to Bottles before the cutscene -- maybe you could skip the cutscene by reaching Bottles in time, and also save an Egg.
Also, I saw that you fixed up the entry into the top part of the pirate ship -- I was going to tell you about this with your test run, but good job.
After the witch switch, is it faster to go into Talon Trot while falling down to the notes, instead of doing it before going over the ledge? It looks like it is worth testing, even if it does not turn out faster.
I think getting the second Extra Honeycomb Segment can be optimised. You can save a Red Feather by not going so low, and it would look more impressive anyway, even if it is not really much faster.
Other than that, excellent job. I may steal bits of the route to improve my own run. :P Can't wait for Clanker's Cavern.
Damn. Now I allmost fix half level because ladder mistake, there are new timesavers >.<
That Leaky timesaver I have really think because it's earlier as chest Jiggy where I have really serious freezing problems.
I just wanted to point out a few pages ago when someone said the WR for a console 100% on TTC was 9:36, that page is very outdated.
I've gotten 8:52 on a console, and since marsh and I worked together a lot on his SS run at SDA, his route is mainly based off mine. However, I'll watch the WIP now and see if I can think of any time-saving tricks.
Well it looks like you nailed everything, especially picking up jiggies in flying mode which is a bitch to do on console.
Only thing I can think of - if you can get lucky enough with the hippo, you can acquire the jiggy during the cutscene if he's standing in the right place when you throw your treasure to him.

That was really hard trick. Every angle and Banjo place must be perfect because eggs bounsing randomly.

we can't predict where your upcoming wip will go on in retrospect with the previous wip and if I'd make a savestate at the end of the wip but you did something over, then my savestate won't work. if you provide them it will always be most accurate (at least if you know how to do them well enough ;) ).

Especially because the intro is frickin' long and fast-forwarding is not as fast as in Snes.
But the "kind-of-broken" sequence with the bucket looks really good :).
is anybody else still getting the problem where it lags like hell after banjo grabs a jiggy. I remember sombody else had the same problem, but i dont know if he found out how to fix it... help?
I don't have that problem. anyway I encoded the latest glitch for people who are too lazy to do their own savestates

Awesome work, sami! Also one improvement I could think of is maybe try jumping and hitting z to grab the sandcastle jiggy, instead of a backflip. I didn't test this though I just figured since it worked for the honeycomb on juju....

Thanks bkDJ. If someone worder why I walk to the bottles and go up and then down there is reason. I have to wait those eggs getting inside Leaky and if I go straight up and talk bottles, those eggs wont go inside Leaky. That is very weird because I dont' chance camera angle :/
