You could have also checked the 16–18th pages of this thread where it and other good tricks were shown.

but you won't get it without frameadvance and savestates - you have to start at the perfect 5-8 frames. nothing else will work.

Trust me..I readed all the pages of this topic..But smv files dont like to play in Zsnesw 1.51...Sure I have tried snes9x1.51 which complaint about smv is not compatible use 1.43..So I did that one whined about crc checksum..I have original rom, patch from zophar`s and I patched it with Lunar..It newer had give me problems with zsnesw.. Besides as a beginner, the zsnesw is easier for me to use... gunnargumpertTAS has a good video..Showing frames and which button are used..Only thing I have to figure out is how to slow it down so I could see which button is pressed and for how many frames...

Well..I actually ment your youtube video..Now i had to take the"beast"out of it shell.Snes9x 1.43..Zsnesw is not used as I checked for many reasons..And all the smv files were made for 1.43..At this forum anyway...I dont know why it gives crc32 mismatch on all the movie files but,as I could see there seems that arent affect on it..I just have different crc..Probably everyone has because of the patch? Not that big of problem?Well..I just have to remap every single hotkey because of the scandinavian keyboard that I have(The layout seems to be different with this) I got one smv somewhere from this topic, and it showed springball bouncing at fairly good speed. It ended after the pipe, which is above the hidden super missile pack to a crouching and shot to an enemy..I think it was early hijump tset or something..Hard to know for sure..Because of movies always said Mismatch and on the bottom mot right rom loaded,I had to patch about twenty (JU) [!] roms before I though"What the heck" and copied the one I already had in my Zsnesw folder..I think my crc32:520C3EB2 is good as any?Besides I got what I wanted for now,so I can search different possibilities of routes and all...Its good practice and I return for practicing getting boots later..

Youre right about that..Im just a beginner..I dont even know how to get Snes9x video on my empty youtube channell(Very depressing).Started recording on the sram+else clear, set the frequency to 48Khz etc..Ended up having an smv with 1kb!Lenght 0:00 etc..Well at least crc32 matched..he he...What I`ve readed on youtube I would need a third party program like DivX to do it anyway(Which newest free version crashes my old laptop) I am starting to have doubts also about my ROM what I patched File: C:\Program Files\snes9x 1.43\Roms\Super Metroid (JU) [!].smc Name: Super Metroid Speed: 30/FastROM ROM Map: LoROM Type: 02 Kart contents: ROM+RAM+BAT Header ROM Size: 32Mbits Calculated ROM Size: 24 Mbits SRAM size: 8KB (64Kbit) Actual Checksum: F8DF Header Checksum: F8DF Header Checksum Compliment: 0720 Output: NTSC 60Hz CRC32: D63ED5F8 Licensee: Nintendo ROM Version: 1.0 Region: Japan This was without patch. This is patched with Lips patch taken from zophars page File: C:\Program Files\snes9x 1.43\Roms\Super Metroid (JU) [!].smc Name: Metroid: Redesign Speed: 30/FastROM ROM Map: LoROM Type: 02 Kart contents: ROM+RAM+BAT Header ROM Size: 32Mbits Calculated ROM Size: 32 Mbits SRAM size: 8KB (64Kbit) Actual Checksum: 4322 Header Checksum: 4322 Header Checksum Compliment: BCDD Output: NTSC 60Hz CRC32: 520C3EB2 Licensee: Nintendo ROM Version: 1.0 Region: Japan Notice!Im not asking where to get roms..Im asking di I have the original ROM or what the checksum or something like that should be,because every movie file I have loaded gives Mismatch and in lower left corner:Not the correct rom loaded..Also the sound is cracking like an old radio..So please answer this..I just want to make something..

IIRC, Saturn's movie was started on an earlier version of Redesign. Does the movie synch even though you see a ROM CRC mismatch warning?

Well some of the longer movie didnt work..But it was not Saturn`s..When I browse at this forum I noticed Saturn had removed a lot of them if not all.. your SMR any% speedrun notes page: http://tasvideos.org/Moozooh/SMR.html Which i would hope to be developed more.. Getting HJ boots early did work..But its a small vid..I should try something bigger? 2:Is the sound problem usual when playing(It cracks my ears)It doesn seem to affect the game play though.. 3:It might be possible that my video screwed up because there was odd file in movie folder(Called OOOPS!-file)?I didnt find the stop recording on the drop menu..so.well..ahem.. 4:What does the IIRC means?

You should not ever use DivX. You should use x264. But there is an encoder's guide on the site. Reading through that should get you started to do simple encodes to upload to YouTube.

Yeah..thanks..Takes time for me to learn it..If of course this ancient piece of amilo La 1703 Mobile AMD sempron 3200+ 1.6 GHz with 958 mb ram.with VIA Chrome9 HC IGP can run it(I highly doubt).New PC has been in mind quite some time..But due to budget..I can only afforg hobby hall`s factoey setted junk..I might have to wait.. I cant seem to get the sound working in this game properly again? It crackles..It wasn´t before like it..Im suspecting that save state has something to do with it..I have tried buffers etc,but it only gets worse..Then there is this odd OOOPS!-file that keep appearing on my save folder? What the heck is that?Edited:Oh..Jittery sound=Tm of Snes9x series..The file-Got it..Just havent done any of those things that creates it..

I finally have great news - my Redesign project is finished! Here's the final WIP: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uj9CexMWOSQ Featuring the latter part of the Zebes Escape, with many little yet tricky techs in various rooms, as well as solid steam manipulation. Also more than satisfying the goal to get a sub-hour completion time. Enjoy!

Rather. Curiosity has me ask though: why not submit it, or at least post a smv, Saturn?
