Any one Dare time attack this game? The game is so complex with such a bad storyline ....I dont think anyone would take the time to master this game.

Is there really that much to master? Isn't this a simple and straightforward game with annoingly slow walk speed and boring bosses and enemies? It's been a while since I've played it but I can hardly see this being interesting.

I would watch it of someone made one - I played the game myself back in those days. Never managed to finish it though, I sucked so bad. When I played it again on an emulator I couldn't get past some boss wearing an armor. I'm guessing you needed to get some dynamite or something.

Probably... someone on MARP [Mame Action Replay Page] actually has a recording for the Playchoice version of this.. and beats the game as well, setting a new standard [other then the ghey, cash only records]... so that might be a good beginning for anyone wanting a general idea.. and remember... those nooses are going to be freakin handy on the space ship ^^;; Mr. Kelly R. Indeed. o_O I could get there with little to no trouble, then everything went downhill due to the amounts/strength/weird attacks of the enemies. I never even figured out how to beat the final boss (without getting killed =P) until I Game Genied my way through the game...

So... Is anyone picking this game up? I would actually love to see a speed run of this game. I played it alot when I was a kid. Personally though, I don't have the time to study games that much that I would be able to make a fun speed run.

I think I'm with kyrsimys(no more complaining about the spelling of your name) on this one. The walk speed is just ridiculous, and I think it would get real repetitive real fast.

I too hope to see this game. I played it but never managed to beat it. It was one of those "no save no password" games, so unless you sat down and played it straight through you couldn't possibly finish it. P.S. 4matsy, your avatar is Awesome.

Hehe.. I don't bother about the speed of the end movie. I use PowerDVD. You can speed up movies using that. I bet there are other programs out there than can do the same though. Just my two cents. :)

I was so horribly unsatisfied with the ending when I finally beat the final boss, which drained all my potions and items that were once thought useless. In the ending, a mob cheers (pummels) the Addams Family in glorious two-frame animation and then it goes back to the title screen.

Back from the dead, I started doing a run of this. First area done in 4:17, but I'll probably redo it. The random monsters/items are a pain to manipulate, since they seem to decide what they're going to drop as soon as they spawn, and they spawn about a full screen ahead. The only plus this far, is that you can beat the bosses (except the last one) really fast via a glitch. Just have keys selected, go down and left while mashing the A button at the start of a boss fight, you'll enter a door, get 5 invisibility potions, then be outside of a building, you wait around for about 4 or 5 seconds, and the boss dies and you get put at the stairs to the next area. The invis potions come in pretty handy too. -Cheez

Hi, I really don't know what you have against this game - gameplay wise. I remember playing it with a friend of mine on his NES back in the old times. I still rembember the good music and interesting gameplay. Unfortunately, we never finished it (I remember to be the one so stupid to hit reset after being killed by the last boss and used up all continues. But when you restart the game - even after losing all continues, the bosses you have killed are already dead in the second run - or so I seem to remember). I really look forward to someone here doing the dirty work of completing this game for me this time. Philip

The boss glitch works on the last boss as well. I just played through the game and used it on every boss, including the last one.

haha, it's just their customer service that really sucks, the computers themselves are pretty good, so long as nothing goes wrong. side note: just finished the first level.....and it's boring....boring to play, pretty boring to watch....I'm not sure if I really do want to finish this.... -Cheez

By first level you mean up to the first boss, right? Yeah, it's a pretty tedious game, not much variation and no cool stunts that can be pulled off. I'll leave the decision up to you but know that I will watch it when it's finished, even if it turns out to be super duper boring. :)
