So it turns out that last year a 70 Jiggy TAS has been made by hyperresonance and kaptainkohl. I happened to run into the YouTube video yesterday by chance, otherwise I would never have known about it. I have finished watching it and it was very good. Definitely recommended. It's just a shame it wasn't submitted to tasvideos though, but according to the video's description, hacks were used to make the bitclips a bit easier to perform; which would probably invalidate the run for tasvideos.
