The Trick That Becomes Even More Surprising After Seeing The Explanation But It Was Still Really Interesting The First Time As Well Award goes to Bisqwit for the latest Megaman 1 movie (The glitch I'm talking about is of course the Cutman Is So Insistant On That He Has A Scissor Flying In The Air That He's Trying To Suck Back That Megaman's Velocity Gets All Messed Up glitch). The Making Tools That Can Seem Unneeded But Are In Reality Awesomately Elite Award goes to Bisqwit for his constant rewriting of BisqBot. The Most Perhaps Unneeded But Still Damned Cool Measure To Make A Tool Assisted Speedrun Faster Award goes to Bisqwit for his complete disassembly of the Megaman ROM.
I'm not trying to discredit Bisqwit in any way, but if Bisqwit gets all the awards, the whole idea of awards is kinda pointless... It also seems these are 3 awards for the same thing (Bisqwit doing a glitch at rockman with the use of Bisqbot).

Do you completely lack a sense of humor? Do you have to take everything seriously? The topic is silly fun awards.

You might be right... but mostly, even though I don't find something funny, I can see if someone means it as a joke or not. I don't know Swedishmartin too well... but I could imagine it being possible that he's serious.

I think it fits the spirit of this thread pretty well. Please explain to us why you disagree.

We've all got our idiosyncracies. It depends on how well you can take them being poked fun at. For example, if someone gave me an award for "Complains the most", I don't think I could deny it. A fun reply would be that SwedishMartini gets the award for "Masturbating over Bisqwit's TAS accomplishments". Then the tennis match of fun begins! I wonder what that trophy would look like...

I thought it was fun. Not all arguing is inherently bad. Also, you can't be the only person to have won that award :)

SPAMMIEST MEMBER AWARD GOES TO: comicalflop. I could've sworn he had 700 posts just a month ago.

Spam is also useless/meaningless posts. Most of his posts could of been not posted at all and we wouldn't be missing much of anything.

I dunno, I thought most of them were on-topic. But he makes it seem like TASing is his job.

"Hey guys I'm working on this run now!" "Did I tell you guys I'm working on this run!" "Okay, I stopped working on that run. I'll work on this one now" "Did I tell you guys I'm doing this now?" etc etc etc Do we really need those? At least I find BoMF a lively character.

BoMF and xebra are the funniest guys on the site IMHO. Anyway, another award must be handed out, this one being the result of PAIN-STAKING RESEARCH: The Oh, [insert country name here]! Award: country most represented by forum users at TASvideos (and no, it's not Finland) The United States of America There was no real contest here. The US, led by the likes of nitsuja, adelikat, Bag of Magic Food, JXQ, Zurreco … the list goes on, I won’t type any more … grab the gold with 157 members (!!). Canada was #2 as usually is the case, with exactly 60 members (including an amazing seven from Toronto alone, including yours truly) and tons, including the legendary Phil and Acmlm, residing in Quebec. The Swedish squad, led by Truncated, Highness, AngerFist and Walker Boh, sit in third with 54, and Bisqwit’s Finnish pioneers are fourth with 36. Of course, these numbers are probably highly inaccurate, but I’m going by people who actually put their location in their profile. (EDIT: If you’re a high-profile TASer and I didn’t include you don’t get pissed off. Please. I only have so many users I can put in here). Honourable Mentions (in order of placement, on here if country has three or more members on the forum): Germany, Brazil, England, France, Australia, Holland, Japan, Chile, China, Norway, Russia, Argentina, Denmark, Spain.
My current project: Something mysterious (oooooh!) My username is all lower-case letters. Please get it right :(

While he does have an insanely high post/day rate, and some of his double posts are empty, comicalflop still has a tremendous amount of useful posts. The actual winner here would be Truncated. That kid doesn't do anything but post his picture and write ">>>" a lot.
