Yes of course it was a typo, the 0 and 1 are right next to each other on the top of the keyboard.

Most laptops don't have numpads, sort of like how certain posters lack sarcasm detectors. Or perhas some of it was so outrageous, it just blew up their detector.

It's a proven fact that FODA uses a desktop, since he had to rebuild it out of cheap parts as of late. A real American would know this. This makes your statement un-American. QED.

Nonsense, I'm a full fledged American. I've even done my part to ensure FODA needs a laptop at some point in his existence.

Lies. If you were a troop-supporting SUV-driving demoncrat-and-lieberal-hating never-forgetting patriot like me, you would know FODA's current computer set up like the back of your hand. Go back to Cuba, Fidel.

Hey now, you kill them your way, and I'll kill those terrorists my way. Regarding the back of my hand, I burned some of it off in an accident many years ago, come on, support your troops, I've fought wars for you man.

Yes I hate the terrorists, and I got the papers to prove it. I also used to wake up every morning, open my curtains, and see the twin towers. And then one day, wasn't able to anymore, I'll never forget that.

I'll never forget the tears that my pet bald eagle Freedom shed on that day. Anyways, the simple solution to the OP is as follows: Americans (phonetic) are people who live in North and South America. Americans (clench your jaw and never move it) like in the USA and love Pop Rocks and Soda.

Never. I Pledge Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under G-d, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

What are you, Colonel Cathcart? Major Major Major Major was a staunch supporter of our colors (which never run) despite the fact that he never pledged anything. Besides, the most clever terrists out there can pantomime that beautiful soliloquy at a moments notice, but that doesn't mean that they mean it.

You want me to post pictures of the terrorists I ran over with my tank while performing some missions? I also threw a party the night Saddam was hung, still got 4 different videos of it on my PC.

That was a Wii 51-states-not-taught-on-brazilian-first-grades-or-any-grades-whatever. I might get a junk laptop in two months if luck strikes my pockets.

I'm a coder not a graphics person. WTH would I used some exspensive clunky program? Idiot. And besides, look how right I was about leading to FODA's acceptance:

My apologies FODA, I meant first graders here in the US of America. I know that I knew as much about Brazil when I was in first grade as you knew of the US when you were 1st grade. Oh, and good luck w/ the laptop, and with a little more luck it will hopefully not be junk!

You said it! So when you going to move down south, and take up citizenship of the best America in the world?

I'm already a citizen of America. No need to move down south.

Is this a good time to mention that here in Japan, the United States of America is, in most situations, referred to as simply Amerika, and I am described as an Amerikajin? I think it's more appropriate than the formal term, Beikoku (米国, aka "rice country").
