8% :D *Walks away in shame* When you can only get #7 #9 #17 and #45, you know you've lost the game.
I only got #45 without any help, so... I did recognize some of the others but couldn't name the games.

78% and going. 4 sounds like a very very familiar NES jingle, and 27 sounds a lot like Strider. 30 also sounds like a game based on a movie.

With the help of Kazuma in #nesvideos, there are only 4 answers remaining. to be found.
  • 21 (Sounds like SMS)
  • 27 (Sounds like SNES)
  • 29 (Sounds like NES)
  • 43 (Sounds like a Genesis tune)

Scored 34% before looking through the topic. Using more than one tune from a single game feels weak.

I managed to snag 46% despite being born in '91. I blame the fact that I 90% of my music collection consists of chiptunes.

The ones listed with the same title aren't actually the same game, since they're from different systems.

I did pretty poorly, only 18 out of 50. So far as I can tell, the ones I don't know I simply never played. #19 is one of my favorite game soundtracks ever and I game I played over and over again. One of the harder final bosses around.

Argh... Java + Chiptunes... you'll burn in hell's marble

I got 13 correct out of 41 tracks total there. Apparently they used to have 200+ tracks but the site got completely revamped a few months ago..?

Score: 32 (64,0%). The applet asks if I used to record game music… and guess what, I did (and still walk with a player full of chiptunes and such). >_> Upthorn, #27 is Phantasy Star (shame on you, even I know that), and #43 is Flashback.
