You know, I never got an answer to this question. Even the ability to make only short TASes would be incredibly useful for a number of games. Does anyone here know how to do what antd describes in his post?
I think I built the dolphin svn version that was available before April 29th 2009. Maybe that version still works. I haven't tested any since then. Prepare for desyncs =}

I remember reading somewhere that the game keeps track of damage past 999%. Is this true? Could it be used to get longer distances? That said, over 100,000 ft is seriously awesome.

I don't have much to say on how to improve anything other then the video itself. Would have been more epic if Bowser and Peach were put at the end (with Peach being last, for epic obvious reasons).

So, now that Dolphin TASing has been around for some time, is anyone planning to make a full TAS of this (i.e. adventure mode)? With co-op mode and some item manipulation, I don't think it'll be an uninteresting TAS.
http://www.youtube.com/Noxxa <dwangoAC> This is a TAS (...). Not suitable for all audiences. May cause undesirable side-effects. May contain emulator abuse. Emulator may be abusive. This product contains glitches known to the state of California to cause egg defects. <Masterjun> I'm just a guy arranging bits in a sequence which could potentially amuse other people looking at these bits <adelikat> In Oregon Trail, I sacrificed my own family to save time. In Star trek, I killed helpless comrades in escape pods to save time. Here, I kill my allies to save time. I think I need help.

...My hands are shaking. That can't possibly be vanilla, can't it? If so, then why oh why hasn't the video's creator uploaded the replay file yet?

I have a proposition for those who TAS Brawl. Would it be possible to make a counter chain? 2 blue Ikes on the left, facing right; 2 red Ikes on the right, facing left. Have red1 attack blue1, and blue1 counter it. Now, quickly move red2 into blue1's counter, and let red2 counter that. Then have blue2 counter red2's counter. Then red1 counter blue2's counter, and so forth. Could that be possible? If so, I'd love to see that happen, and see what the final damage output would be like.

Just replace "nicovideo.jp" in the URL with "nicozon.net".
