Well, anything StrangenessDSS does is always gonna be good. :-P But yeah, Wario World and Wario Land: Shake It! would both be good choices.

Wii Sports would probably be interesting. Particularly the Bowling Challenges.

Any% and 100%TASes for Luigi's mansion would be fun to watch. The 100% run on SDA is one of my favorites.

Good gravy that'd be a long run. So much standing around and talking...

On one hand, I'd love to see somebody do a run of Star Soldier R just to destroy the best 2MM and 5MM records. I think it would be good entertainment. On the other hand, if even I can do this on Quick Shot Mode (which is manual, BTW), then it's too damn easy. :-P (The best videos I've seen of QSM performed on a real Wii are in the 17.X range.)

Judging by how awesome the mario kart 64 and mario kart wii TASes have turned out, I think some mario kart double dash TASes would be awesome ;) It would have to be done by someone who really understands the physics of the game though, as they are rather counter intuitive at times..I may look into doing it myself, but I highly doubt my PC can handle Dolphin.

Resident Evil 4 largely depends on the RNG. If you can manipulate consistent fatal headshots and blaze through the game using your trusty starter pistol (+RL for bosses), that'd be cool.
RE4 definitely, on PAL. I plan to either make it (should I purchase/build a decent computer) or help with the research.

Why PAL? Well I guess it runs in PAL60, so there is no problem with it running slower than NTSC, but are there any other advantages?

RE4 runs at 60 Hz on PAL, and also has many many small advantages (scripting changes, item placement changes, the boulder in 4-1 can be blown up with an RPG, enemies have less health even on normal etc.) Trust me, PAL is faster in this case.

Another multi-player option opens up now that VBA can be linked to Dolphin - Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles for GameCube. This is definitely one that should be done in 4-player mode for the win. :-)

Dolphin 2.0 has just been released, just to let you all know. And here's my wish list: Billy Hatcher and the Giant Egg (GameCube) Chibi-Robo! (GameCube) Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door (GameCube) Pokémon Colosseum (GameCube) (100% purification?) Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness (GameCube) (100% purification?) Sonic Heroes (GameCube) (All Chaos Emeralds?) Super Paper Mario (Wii) Super Smash Bros. Brawl (Wii) Super Smash Bros. Melee (GameCube)
Why, oh, why do I even try to understand my own species?

GameCube: Pikmin 1 Pikmin 2 (never played it, but I'm sure it would make a great TAS) Mario Kart: Double Dash!! Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door Super Mario Sunshine Super Smash Bros. Melee Wii: Super Smash Bros. Brawl Super Mario Galaxy Mario Kart Wii Wii Sports Especially Super Mario Sunshine! Every time I play that game, I imagine what it would look like TASed!

If you haven't already seen it, here. Consider it a test run though.

Thanks! I watched the run and it looks better than normal playing, but it's clearly not optimized. Are GameCube/Wii TASes going to be allowed for submission to TASVideos anytime soon? Or will they have to stay on YouTube and nicovideo for now?

I can pretty much guarantee you that as soon as the emulator can playback input files with even a remote chance of getting them to sync, you'll see Gamecube/Wii publications on the site.

That has already happened with Gamecube games. I have TASed SSB:M Event Matches in frame advance and they play back perfectly.

When I start recording a movie, a bug is triggered so that input isn't recognized by the emulator for a prolonged time after loading a state. Also, I can't use savestates in SSBM or Kirby Air Ride due to an emulation-locking issue. Sadly, I'm the only one to report these problems so it would certainly suck to not be able to use Dolphin when it becomes accepted. :P I hope these problems get sorted out in the future.

This happens to me as well with newer revs. But Rev 6154 (the first one where rerecording started "working") works just fine for me with no desyncs.

God damnit you stole all my ideas. Now I only have Rayman Arena left.

I don't think Rayman arena will be a good game choice. I find it so simple. Well, the fight mode, maybe, but forget about the course. These are my games wishlist: Super mario sunshine is one of the little games that's have TAS potential. Super Smash bros melee too!(adventure, classic) Hulk, ultimate destruction Sonic Heroes(heroes, dark, chaotix, pink) Sonic adventure 2 battle(heroes, dark) Sonic adventure DX director cut (one run for each heroes)(side quest) I'll stop for now.
