It was 10:59.99. Judging from current posts it seems to now be 15:30.00. Kind of odd, but whatever. Why not just make them unlimited and deal with it? Flag longer videos for checking, it's not like people don't just split copyrighted crap into chunks.

Warning: When making decisions, I try to collect as much data as possible before actually deciding. I try to abstract away and see the principles behind real world events and people's opinions.
