Paper Mario

Paper Mario, first released in Japan in August of 2000, is a role-playing game for the Nintendo 64. Peach has been kidnapped by Bowser, who has stolen the Star Rod, which allows him to grant himself any wish. In order to counteract the effects of the Star Rod, Mario must locate the seven Star Spirits who, together, can stop Bowser's evil plans.
There is an array of tricks and glitches in the game, which can be abused in speedruns and TASes to save a significant amount of time.
