Silver Surfer is a shoot 'em up for the NES that was developed by Software Creations and is based on the Marvel Comics superhero of the same name. It is infamous for its high difficulty due to the titular character's unusually large hitbox and ability to die in one hit to various inconspicuous objects. The Silver Surfer has been tasked by Galactus to collect pieces of a cosmic device from various intergalactic villains from the Silver Surfer's rogues gallery. What Galactus plans to do with the device is unknown, but the Silver Surfer may soon find out.
For this run, thegugafá forgoes any sense of pacifism and shoots down every enemy in his sight with deft precision to complete the cosmic device for Galactus as fast as possible.
Silver Surfer is a shoot 'em up released in 1990. You take control of the Silver Surfer across various levels that alternate between a side-scrolling and an overhead perspective.
The game is infamous for its legendary difficulty. The Silver Surfer has an enormous hitbox and can only take one hit, and there are many enemies cluttering each of the levels. To make matters worse, touching any wall, no matter how softly, results in instant death.
Despite this, Skaad and HardCoreMangeur ride through the game without harming a single enemy (except for the bosses, which are destroyed to be able to progress). Listen for the great music by the Follin brothers!
