This is a list of hardware in my possession. A [$] indicates items I'm looking to sell, but most everything else I'd be willing to lend to HW researchers or emu devs. As per my profile, I live in Sydney and I will respond sooner to Discord DMs.
A Game Boy Micro (
OXY-001
/C/OXY-AUS
) with accessories (of most relevance, a USB charging cable, and blue, black, and clear face plates). Functional, good sound and battery life somehow, and barely scratched.
Carts:

---|---|---|
[$] | AGB-AJFP-EUR | The Jungle Book |
[$] | AGB-B2BP-EUR | The Spongebob Squarepants Movie + Spongebob Squarepants and Friends in Freeze Frame Frenzy |

Some of these have battery-backed saves, but I don't know if I can check the battery level.
I may also have the manual for some or all of these, will check on request.
A DS Lite (
USG-001
/C/USG-AUS-1
) with accessories (of most relevance, a USB charging cable, and many, many styli). Functional, but hinge won't stay in the nearly-open position, and speakers are a bit quiet.
A DS Lite (
USG-001
/C/USG-AUS-1
). Functional, but touchscreen is a little wonky in the middle (not cracked though!), and D-Pad buttons are less like buttons and more like triggers.

Flash carts:
- R4 (
R4-SDHC 3
, label reads "Upgrade Revolution for DS (NDSL/NDS) WWW.R4I-SDHC.COM", with "ge Games Engine" logo), functional. - R4 (
R4-SDHC 1
, label reads "Upgrade Revolution for DS (NDSL/NDS) WWW.R4I-SDHC.COM"), presumably functional but needs a micro SD card with firmware.
[$] TODO exact part list, but tl;dr I have 1 broken and 1 functional Aussie Wii and many accessories.

[$] A nonfunctional 4th-gen iPod Touch (
A1367
, white 8 GB revision). I believe a cracked screen and dead battery are the only problems with it.
[$] A 7th-gen iPod Nano, IIRC functional.
A Framework Laptop 16, with the Ryzen 7 7840HS "mainboard" and the RX 7700S dGPU.
[$] Several junkus desktop machines, the kind used for corporate desk jobs. Would probably be a pain to sell, but I couldn't use them as a compute cluster if I wanted to, which I don't because the CPUs are slow and inefficient. I use the least-bad one as my daily driver, and IIRC it's the only one with a discrete GPU, a GTX 1050 Ti. Also I have so many SATA DVD drives please someone take them off my hands.
An HP Chromebook 14 (
falco_ii
/14-ak003TU
) that's usable thanks to Manjaro, though there's only an old Intel CPU in it so everything is slow, and the 15 GiB SSD is mostly filled by the OS.
A StarFive VisionFive 2. Which has been sitting in a box for months because I've been too busy to even look up what I need to power it.
(This has the same StarFive JH7110 CPU that's in Framework's first RISC-V mainboard.)
Several Android phones and phablets, ranging from Jellybean through Oreo. Most will not charge and need a new battery.
- [$] My beloved Nexus 5 (
hammerhead
) sadlyhad a UART attack andcould not be revived with a new battery. - Currently using a OnePlus 6 (
enchilada
/A6003
) as my daily driver. - [$] Will dig others out of drawer on request.
A Fitbit Flex (1st-gen), which is not a smartwatch but is a Bluetooth-enabled pedometer and silent alarm clock. Unfortunately it's not supported by Gadgetbridge atm, so I'd have to turn on location tracking and open its proprietary app in order to make use of it.
I'm currently looking to buy:
- Nothing.
- However, if you own LG's final phone, the LG Wing (
LM-F100N
), I'd love to hear what you think of it. I reckon with the right on-screen keyboard it could be used for programming. - Oh and a software-defined radio chip in a Framework expansion card form factor would be cool. I've seen a couple designs but no products.
