This playthrough has Dark pull off frame perfect juggles, infinite combos and generally just beats up the AI.

There is no reason to go into the options menu and set the controls. You should be doing that in your emulator. There is even less reason to set buttons for PPP and KKK, as you are (once again) using an emulator where you control the exact input on every frame.
There's a lot of idle time in the very first fight where you start headbanging instead of dealing damage to Volcano Rosso. You should instead be dealing damage to Volcano Rosso.
You whiff an attack against Nanase. Why?
You whiff two LPs against Blanka after entering Excel mode. Surely D+LP would be a better use of time.
You place an Explosive on the ground that hits nothing against Shadow Geist. Why?
There has to be a better way to finish the Bison fight - your super combo chain leaves him at a sliver of health. Any more damage anywhere earlier in the fight should KO him. There's no need to have him wake up and get a move off so that you can kick him in the air while your Explosive sits on the ground, too far away to do anything.
You jump a lot for no obvious reason, and you place a lot of Explosives that don't hit anything. It also looks like your Excel comboes are mostly mashing LP; surely you can do more damage with stronger hits.

Well, you're right about controls. I suppose it's just a habit
The missed special moves (outside of the last bomb with Bison) all build meter, so tossing them out helps me build it faster.
Actually, outside of the Blanka fight, the excel combos are mainly heavy and medium attacks. Juggling Blanka with them nets you less damage do his hitbox placement, so it's better to just mash out jabs to get more damage.
Yeah, the Rosso fight should have been faster. It's just hard to get the AI to really do anything in the first fight since it's meant to warm you up.
