Completed chapters 1 and 2 of 6. The emulator being used is a custom build by RachelB. The emulator build can be downloaded in the Resident Evil 4 forum page #9. The ISO used is the Japanese Biohazard 4. The number of rerecords is wrong. Dolphin doesn't count them correctly for some reason. I would suspect my actual RRs is at least double that.
