I seem to be hitting a desync due to a wrong ROM, which ROM did you use? I used the NTSC-U version from here with CRC32 9E0E33DE. According to BizHawk's movie header, yours has an SHA1 of "B9F0B5FA", though that doesn't sound like a full SHA1 (maybe a bug). Tested on these two BizHawk-Dolphin core versions.

SHA1 in the movie header is a misnomer, it could be any kind of hashing algorithm (here that's just CRC32)
