Hello, I am Kurabupengin. I'm also known as dekutony. I like penguins... and Kirby, and plush toys yeah I'm a weird guy. Known as an expert noob and former Vested Editor in this site. Also the only Guatemalan TASer in the world... I think.
I like TASing games sometimes that haven't been TASed before, very obscure and underrated games or potential games with no published TAS here. I don't really remember what was the first TAS I saw but what should matter is how I even got here. I was looking for some help with DeSmuME, so I googled my issue... that somehow TASVideos.org was a result, and the rest is history lol. Trying to improve and behave better over time.

__Pokémon: Platinum Edition__
My first ever published TAS. I was so dumb back then. It is funny when I found the running button and then it got improved by a minutle lol. I'm still weirdly satisfied with it, and the feeling of getting your first published run on the site is a feeling I'll never forget.
In 2018 I made an improvement to the TAS. A nice reflection and comparison of how I have changed and improved over the years.
__Club Penguin: Herbert's Revenge__
My first actual real TAS project. This game means a lot to me, so I did it. It was a ridiculously long and hard project, but thanks to a very nice man called solarplex, it finally was finished, and I'm really really happy about it (despite the reception from YT viewers being ass).
Many years later, a new TAS was created by Randomno using some of the old TASes inputs. It cut more than 5 minutes with the help of a lot of new strategies and glitches. Never in my wildest dreams I would've thought a sub 23 was possible... really great stuff there.
__Pingu: Sekai de 1ban Genki na Penguin__
My most famous TAS ever, over 150k+ views on YouTube and 10k views on Nicovideo. It was hilarious to TAS this, and it was even funnier with the memes.
Unfortunately, it was quickly obsoleted, and a whole thread of drama surfaced. I wasn't so happy about it, so I'm not satisfied with this anymore.

Fun game, fun TAS. Samsara and ars4326 did a lot of work with this game, me, well, I kinda did the last levels, but it's something and that makes me feel important for once! :D

Atari 2600 port. I've breezed trough it, so Weegeechan improved it. Then after a collab with him, it got improved... AGAIN, this time by SMW pro TASer BrunoVisnadi.
Very short lived. :P
__Johnny Test__
Such a stupid game from a stupid show. This one got yet another drama, but even then, it was done and it was dumb. I hate when platformers are 30fps because it makes TASing them very frustrating.
__Pocket Monster II__
Weirder ass game than the other one I did. After some internal conflict with a publisher and a rejected run, I redid the run and it got published.
__Sonic Battle__
Remembered playing this one as a kid. AI frustration aside, it was really hard, and fun, and hard again. You really GOTTA GO FA- I mean gotta love all those memes. XD
__Nester's Funky Bowling__
April Fuels submission. This thing got rejected and got accepted at the same time. Yay. Good job Nester, you make your Uncle Big Lebowski proud.
__Q Boy__
This game is so good I can't stress that enough, you might wanna check it out if you can. Another big project that took almost 2 years to finish. I'm satisfied with this one, very special thanks to Alyosha and TASeditor for their great help.
Years later I finally made the final boss fight better and then also stage 4-4 I guess.
__Pokémon Adventure__
Yet another pokemans bootleg. This one's interesting. It was the game that I made a not testrun submission back in 2014. I did a new one later, saved so much time. This is more of a reflection on how did I improved after all this time. Also can't wait for more JonTron memes.
__Spy Muppets__
After getting a new computer I wanted to get back to this site and make new stuff so I could get that familiar feeling again... so what better way to do that with a GBA memegame associated with the muppets and subway sandwiches??? r-right...?

__Chester Cheetah: Too cool to fool__
Ever since I saw Game Grumps and the Completionist playing this, I was interested. Then A TAS of the sequel was made and I just decided to make it. Too bad it has so many autoscrollers.
__Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force__
I made out the best out of this game as much as I could. The game's slower pace, and the unskippable minigames really hurt my motivation at first.
The final product was definitely worth it. It was satisfying to me and the CP speedrunning community, thats for sure... Not so much the TASing community though, still Vault locked. Pretty depressing, but expected.
And nearly 5 years later, I finally TASed the game's DLC mission "The Puffle Pranksters". Shoutouts to Jirkapas.
__Hamtaro: Ham-Ham Games__
These hamsters are so cute OMG.
Originally wanted to do this TAS back in late 2018, but finally got around to it about 2 years later. It is a really boring movie though since all minigames are skipped. It took over a year and a half for me to return to TASing, and this was an interesting way to come back.

I didn't realize analog stick support was in this game so I never submitted it until April 1st 2022. Honestly didn't expect it to get published but I won't complain.
__Garou - Mark of the Wolves 2001__
Surprisingly fun fighting game for a bootleg. I wondered if there was a way to TAS this game without losing my mind due to AI luck, and then I discovered Rock's overpowered elbow attack. The rest is history I suppose.

There's not much I can say other than... HOW DID THIS GET PUBLISHED??? It's kinda funny it happened tho.
