CrossCells is a 2017 puzzle game by Matthew Brown. You're required to solve fifty puzzles by highlighting and fading out cells based on various rules on the board.
You can find the game's Steam page here.

Objectives

  • Fastest completion
  • Emulator used: LibTAS 1.4.6

Notes

You can highlight cells by left-clicking on them and fade cells out by right-clicking them. Cells can only be clicked on after they've fallen into place. Not all cells finish falling at the same time. I click the first cells that can be selected, and try to alternate between left and right clicks as much as possible to save time.
This is my first Linux TAS! Yay! Really happy with how it turned out. Hopefully I get to do Matthew Brown's other games sometime.

Tegron: Claiming for judging.

Tegron: I bought the game on sale, and I have to say that TAS is optimized. It’s a really fun game where the goal is to complete all 50 puzzles in the fastest time as possible, almost 5 minutes faster than the RTA. Great job!
