Battletoads in Battlemaniacs is a platforming beat 'em up that was developed by Rare for the SNES and is part of the Battletoads video game series. The gameplay is mostly the same as the original Battletoads game for the NES, and it even copies levels wholesale from the game with minimal changes. The plot involves a returning antagonist, the evil genius Silas Volkmire, as he kidnaps Yuriko Tashoku, daughter of the Psicone Corporation CEO, and Zitz during a virtual reality demonstration. Rash and Pimple are now off to rescue their friends from the clutches of Volkmire and the Dark Queen and do for Zitz what Rash and Zitz did for Pimple back in Battletoads.
In this run, Vatchern chooses to play as only Pimple for his stronger attacks and blasts off Volkmire into the Himalayas as fast as possible.
