As detailed by Spikestuff, the movie published back in 2005 of the original Donkey Kong (without ladder glitch) is faster than this. A more apples to apples comparison against their userfile is also faster by 490 frames, even with issues they were aware of.
My advice would be to spend more time on a TAS before submitting. The point of a TAS is to be the most perfect run of a game as you can make it, and you can spend all of the time in the world to do so. Feel free to submit again once you've spent more time on optimization.
