I will continue to improve the TAS completed by woabclf. This time in hard mode, both attack power and defense are reduced, and the invincibility time after injury is also reduced Weapons and energy recovery to reduce Big =8 small =1

Using a special bug

First select a weapon that consumes two spaces. Then pick up a small energy that restores one space Will make this weapon infinite I used item 1 to become infinite in Air man, Flash man, and Metalman, respectively And in the first stage of Willie, AIRman's weapon and item1 each pick up a small amount of energy and become infinitely large.

Note to Publisher: The current download on from the rom hacking site didn't seem to work. It could be me, so I referred back to #2675: woabclf's NES Rockman no Constancy (hard) in 28:59.07 for the original links. IPS merged fine with the main ROM.
