Predator is a licensed run 'n gun NES game that is very loosely based on the movie of the same name. Where the movie has a bunch of mercenaries that are hunted down one by one by the titular alien Predator, this game involves a man in a pink jumpsuit (presumably Dutch) running around shooting huge insects, Soviet soldiers, and weird monsters that are straight out of Metroid or Kirby. Every couple of levels, the man fights a resilient alien that resembles the Predator and becomes a giant floating head for its final form. All the while, the game tries to tie the movie's story to the game's strange presentation to questionable results.
Tompa here has the man in pink get hurt many more times than Dutch does in the movie in order to boost his speed and blow up the Predator for good in record time.
