Overview: This is a TAS of the Smell Cat English, The emulator used for recording was BizHawk 2.9.1.
DrD2k9: Claiming for judging.
DrD2k9: Once again, you have submitted an incomplete run. Once again, you have submitted a run that does not meet our optimization standards for publication. Which means that, once again, you have ignored our site's rules regarding submissions/publications. That makes it all 5 of your submissions that somehow break our submission rules: 1 which is both an unacceptable hack and incomplete and 4 which are incomplete runs, one of which starts from a savestate which is also generally not allowed. Further, all your submissions have zero rerecords, which suggests that (unless you know how to manually edit the header within a movie file) they are simply recordings of casual play in which you have not actively used tools to create an optimized speedrun; this further suggests that you're not even understanding what a TAS is to begin with.
Our rules have been previously pointed out to you via forum feedback which was linked in the judgement notes of your previous submissions. Multiple members of the community have pointed you to submit these incomplete runs in our userfiles instead of as submissions. I myself, sent you a private message linking and directing you to read the judgement note feedback on your prior submissions so that you could learn; I can see that you at least received and opened that private outreach. You were also pointed to our discord server (which is another place you could have received further help) in the judgment notes of your first submission.
Yet, you've ignored all the attempted feedback, contact, and warnings to submit this current incomplete run anyway.
At this point I'm wondering if either or both of the following is the case:
1) You might be a very young user and are simply too immature to understand (or care about) the constructive feedback
2) There could be a language barrier with English not being your first language. In this case, please let us know what your native language is, as we may have others here who could help better guide you by utilizing that language.

At this point, I'm not sure what other ways there are to help you to understand our site's goals and what constitutes an appropriate submission.
As a note, I will be contacting site administrators regarding the continued disregard for our rules and lack of response to feedback/attempted contact.
Rejecting for being incomplete and egregiously sub-optimal play.
