Sheng Long appeared as an April Fools joke on April 1992 issue of the video game magazine Electronic Gaming Monthly. The player Daniel Moura discloses what he would happen if somebody was capable to follow the procedures written in the magazine. For this he used a special emulator with support was slow motion and re-record. http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-7999512004339080161&hl=en <- Google Videos http://rapidshare.com/files/7553189/EGM_Sheng_Long_by_Daniel_M.zip.html <- 60 mb http://gamevideos.freepgs.com/TAS/Street_Fighter_II_-_The_World_Warrior_%28U%29_%91%21%93_by_Neofix.smv <- Input [Edit by Bisqwit: Removed extravagant (i.e. unnecessary) bolding markup from the post]

Nice stuff! For those who are wondering, the procedure is: The player should select Ryu as his player, proceed to M.Bison without taking ANY hits (quite impossible for a human player, isn't it?) and finally draw with M.Bison TEN TIMES without taking any hits (that is, by "Time Over"). After the player did all those things, Sheng Long would appear, beat M.Bison up and then fight you. Capcom enjoyed that idea so much that they decided to create Akuma in the next Street Fighter game of the series (Super Street Fighter II Turbo).

I did too, but I was too clever for this trick. Getting All Bonds on Goldeneye, however, I fell for that one hard.
