Post subject: Kid Icarus (SNES)

I friend of mine who has a larger collection of SNES roms then me had a SNES game called Kid Icarus the Legend of the Angel or something like that. The ROM didn't work at his house. pressing start or any button wouldn't do anything. So I downloaded it tonight when I got home and I was sad to find that it didn't work for me either. I can get further though, I can press start and start a new game, when I get a screen with a bunch of stats on it, but no game... Has anyone gotten this game to work or played it?

It's Public Domain, which usually means it's a fan game of sorts. I tried it out and got nothing to work as well.

Guess this should fit in in this topic. How many Kid Icarus game are there? I know the one to NES and I belive there is one for GB though I've never seen it. But are there any existing Kid Icarus for some other consoles?

Yes, there's also one for the GameBoy, but that's it. No other consoles have seen a release of this game.
