I couldn't post for a while due to some sort of browser problem. It seems to affect both Firefox and IE. However, when I boot up in Linux there is no problem. Basically, I would try to log in and the login page would just reload. If I checked "log me in automatically" it would let me log in, but on trying to post I would get an "Invalid Session" error. This all seemed to start when I ok'd an update to some sort of Java virtual machine which is probably used by both Firefox and IE. Perhaps this update has some sort of interaction with the customized phpBB code and the new Java version. Anyway, it might be a good idea to figure out whose bug it is.

This is a glitch that sometimes happen if your post is too short. BoMF knows all about this problem ;)

I don't know what the problem is (posting the actual error text(s) would be very helpful here), but it shouldn't have anything to do with a Java update. PHP and Java are two completely different technologies.

I can't tell if this is intended to be a serious response or not. Edit: check that your web browser (or some other software) isn't blocking the cookies that keep you logged in. That's all I can think of right now.

Also try deleting your cached and cookies.
