... AVI folder? I've got a 29.7gb folder that's almost exclusively AVIs from this site. I sure haven't watched them all, but I watch them fairly frequently. But I bet my ROM collection is the smallest of anybody on this site ... I only have two of them :(

My folder with mostly HD TV shows and HD movies is about 122 GB (and growing as the days go by) right now. Edit: My ROM collection is about 900 ROMs, too. Mostly SNES.

I've got Bisqwit's SC2 video and probably less than 20 ROMs. Definitely less than 30.

709 MB. I typically delete videos after I have watched them because I don't have that much space or the need to keep all of them for longer.

Using that link, I discovered that someone's TAS of a complete game lasts 10 seconds ;)

That's exactly what I always do, since I fear it will clog cpu power.

About 1.1GB. I do have an organization problem, so everything is scattered around and the total size of all videos on my HD may be anywhere from 3GB-8GB. I rarely download published AVIs from this site.

~> du -sh ~/files/video/speedruns/ 90G /home/tub/files/video/speedruns/ ~> du -sh ~/emulation/ 40G /home/tub/emulation/ although the first misses some speedruns I downloaded on my notebook and the second includes roms, isos, savegames, emulator movies etc.

bisqwit@chii:~/nes/xgetimage/share$ du -m --max-depth=0 37083 . And other stuff exists in 10× that amount, but that’s beside the point…

150 GB disk entirely filled with videos, and a 40 GB "buffer" disk for temp stuff. Only about 1.8 GB of those is tool-assisted speedrun stuff, though.

35gb, I don't keep much in the way of movies or TV shows. guy I know does practically nothing outside downloading. He gets up in the morning, starts up torrents, goes to work, then watches them when he gets home. He's got full seasons of dozens of shows downloaded... prolly close to a terabyte of stuff.

2 gig, I don't really "collect" videos. If I don't watch them anymore, I delete them.

I have hundreds of avi files all over several hard drives. I'll just do a search and report how much space they all take. Okay done. 1280 files ~174 GB total And that's only .avi files, I'm sure there are some .mpg and even .wmv files as well. But who cares about those.
