If you didn't see it at first would anyone mind filling in what they know? I'm sorry I couldn't help much, I just wanted to get something up about it, since the site revolves around emulator tools and we don't have basic instructions on how to use them. If you're not an editor and you can articulately word(I can help out on this) the details, feel free to do so and I will put it on the page.

I think you should ask if you can move the "FMV file format description" part of the FMV FAQ onto the "Using emulator tools" page, along with a list of which buttons the bit values correspond to. This might make it easier for people who want to hex-edit their movie files.
