I downloaded DOSBOX to try it out, and the games I've tried simply run way too fast and I can't find a way in the help to make them run more reasonably. I even downloaded a program called CPUKILLER that can lower your CPU speed by 98% but it still runs unplayably fast. Does anyone know what to do?

The answer is (most likely) that you need to press ctrl + f11. Please ask DOSBox related questions here unless you're asking about a rerecording version of DOSBox.
