Looks like the link is wrong, because entering any random letters/numbers into that part of the url brings up the same thing...if you can't get the original url, then you probably won't be able to see it again.
Super Mario 64 TASes and stuff.

Maybe the e-mail formatted the link in a way that cut off or modified some characters.

I don't know much about the Artpad site, but perhaps it's possible that whoever uploaded that picture (or some moderator) took it down (if that's even possible), thus causing the link to show a blank image? I'm just throwing out ideas here. :)
