I Try Play With Top Gear 3000(U), When Start The Race, Background Will Blinking, It A Bug? Or A Setting Problem? Please Test And Help. Thanks.

That is because Top Gear 3000 uses the DSP-4 chip. It is the only game to use that chip. Thus, writing support for it was incredibly low on the priority list. I do believe that one of the zsnes guys have put some basic support for it into zsnes not TOO long ago.

You can play in Snes9x version 1.51. Just don't load any savestates.

That game doesn't work well in Snes9x 1.43 but works well in most recent emulators. Anyway, in both cases, no TASing is possible.

Thanks. I Just Known Snes9x Is A Best Emulator Freeware For Windows. Any Good Emulator For Windows Can Intro For Play Top Gear 3000 ? Thanks Again.

You want Snes9x version 1.51. Go download it.
